  Extremely disappointing experience with Leon’s from start to finish. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THE SALES PERSON SAYS. We originally purchased a Samsung 4K TV, but before delivery we were informed that the TV had already been damaged. Since they had no replacement stock available, the staff recommended an LG model instead and assured us it would provide a similar level of 4K picture quality and viewing experience. Because Leon’s is a major retailer and both Samsung and LG are well-known brands, we trusted their recommendation. The TV was never properly demonstrated to us beforehand, and we relied on the staff’s advice in good faith. After bringing the TV home, the reality was completely different. The picture quality has been shockingly poor and nowhere near the level expected from a modern 4K television. We spent an entire day following complicated troubleshooting steps, adjusting endless settings, testing different sources, and contacting LG support directly trying to fix the issue. Despite all of that, the TV still does not perform anywhere close to the 4K standard that was promised to us when Leon’s recommended this replacement model. What makes this even worse is the refusal to take responsibility or provide a reasonable resolution even though the issue was reported immediately after delivery. Customers trust sales staff to provide honest recommendations, especially when the original product they ordered was unavailable due to damage. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed our confidence in Leon’s. We honestly feel misled and regret trusting the recommendation we were given. Be very careful before relying on their advice when making a major electronics purchase.

  Recently bought a queen mattress at Leon’s and could not be happier with my experience! Harold was extremely knowledgeable, patient and personable. He was able to find us a mattress we could be happy with, while still sticking to our price range. If you’re heading to Leon’s ask for Harold, he will not disappoint!

  Harold was extremely knowledgeable on the mattresses available at the store. Showed us various options and helped us find the best fit. Very positive experience, nothing but good things to say about Harold!

  Leon's delivery team caused more than $500 in property damage at my house approximately 6 weeks ago. Ive learned that the drivers who did this also caused other property damage at orher homes before they were fired. They broke my large dog run which I just had installed 2 months before they broke it. My dog has since been depressed as hes been on a much shorter chain compared to the 250' + hes normally used to running on. The store management has been very difficult to deal with and so far is refusing to help. I have sent multiple emails, made multiple phone calls, and even went to the store in person ti try to resolve the matter, which has been unsuccessful. Leon's, is this how you treat your customers who spend thousands of dollars in your store? I'll be filing a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario, as well I will take the matter to social media, and file a small claims suit, which will include damages, if this matter isn't settled in 24hrs. I will not reach out to you anymore, Ill be contacting your Corporate office after this. I'm extremely disappointed with you Leon's!

  Never order from Leons especially if need appliances for new build! Ordered extremely early for a new build. We finally get to the day that the appliances can be delivered onsite. Delivery comes with the wrong wall oven. No problem, they take it right back after unloading and promise to get the new one asap. But then they say we damaged the wall oven their delivery guys literally unloaded and immediately loaded back up. Obviously not our issue as we didn’t even touch the oven. Anyways, after several empty promises and new delivery dates extended two weeks by another two weeks. Holding up electrician,contractor and occupancy!! Lots of extra fees now I’m responsible for paying with no compensation from Leon’s! Cannot just cancel order as they say it’s special order and non refundable! Buyer beware! Do not rely on Leon’s! Never purchase! Ps….you ever notice on their reviews that they never apologize or comment on the negative reviews…shows how great their customer service is!
