- NINur Izmirlier4 days ago2.0Helpful in-store staff, but a logistical nightmare for delivery "We purchased a queen bed, two nightstands, a dresser, several chairs, and an ottoman from the JYSK Thunder Bay location across May 14th and 15th. The in-store staff were incredibly helpful, and we received excellent customer service during our checkout. Please convey our sincere appreciation to Rohan and Miho for their hard work and kindness. Unfortunately, the delivery system completely ruined our experience. We were promised free delivery on the first Sunday that enough local deliveries were scheduled. However, during our moving week, we were told our delivery was canceled because there weren't enough addresses on the route. Even when we offered to pay extra out-of-pocket just to get our items, we were told the moving company was entirely unavailable. As a result, we had to rent a U-Haul truck and transport all of this heavy furniture ourselves. Moving is exhausting enough, and this massive inconvenience deeply overshadowed our purchase. We are incredibly disappointed with JYSK's logistical failures and courier choices, despite how wonderful the retail staff were.”*
