- TGTrizzy G5 days ago1.0There is and individual operating a business out of one of the units at this location actively inviting them defrauding his clients. If I'm not mistaken it is against Access Storage terms and conditions for Storage unit holders to engage in retail transactions from their unit. Disappointed that this behavior is being allowed at this location.

- HPHardik ParekhJul 26, 20265.0I was in a hurry and wanted storage space immediately. The female staff there Simran helped us and explained everything in detail. The manager Towkir offered me a bottle of water, so considerate of them. Recommend this place.
- JGJay GarciaJul 12, 20261.0My mom rented a uhual from these people and forgot her moving blankets and some sleeping bags in her car. I end up going there the nezt morning to retrieve her items. They told me they threw all of it out in the garbage and I said to show me. They showed me and surprisingly there wasn’t any sleeping bags. When my mom says they were there, they’re definitely there. They said they NEVER saw any sleeping blankets in the trunk. I said okay, no problem and already got the idea that they were trying to steal it to use for moving items on their own behalf. These guys stole our items and we complained about it to them through reviews and customer support.. 3 days later they magically found it after they said they NEVER saw it. On top of that, my mother knows exactly the laundry detergent that is used to clean these. They smelt cleaned and fresh from someone else’s detergent they definitely used it and washed it then called us to return it because they didn’t want to admit it. Shameful people and had no decency to tell me straight to my face that they used it for a job. If there was less than -5 stars, that’s where they’d be rated.
