Paged to the counter 3 times including the big boss got paged and no one came I went to customer service she looked it up and tried to page someone to go get our product and no one came and then she ignored us. Jamie at Rona is the only person who cared enough to help out she’s a rockstar and deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work. She was kind, amazing, and so supportive. I would give a - review if it wasn’t for her support and kindness. Customer service until her was horrible
- JBJen BirseAug 22, 20261.0Disappointing experience at RONA. I have a RONA Pro account and tried to return a faucet just two days after purchasing it. I didn’t have the receipt, but my purchase was clearly available through my Pro account. The cashier worked towards fixing the issue, but confirmed with his Manager Jamie that the best she could do was store credit. I wanted a refund. I told the cashier that if I had to go home, find the receipt and come back just to get my money back, I would stop shopping at RONA. He indicated that he would share that with his manager but that she did not approve his work-around. I went home, found the receipt, returned to the store 1 hour later and got my refund without issue. However, I asked to speak to Jamie and when she came to meet me, she couldn’t care less that she had made extra work for me that wasn’t necessary. I repeated to Jamie that I would no longer shop at RONA, and on this front, she also didn’t seem to care. Her indifference is the part I hope upper management sees, because the truth is, I like shopping at Rona, but I will stop because of this Manager’s indifference to my customer experience. The refund was eventually resolved. The customer relationship was destroyed.

- AGAnjul GeerAug 9, 20261.0Bought 3 adapters told bring them back if they don't work. Spent 40min. Standing there waiting while 4 employees stood around. Finally one guy asked if I'm purchasing just go to the cashier. Had to explain to him in slow simple English that the reason we are all standing in the return aisle is to return items. Finally he apologized for the wait ( did little to quell my anger at the incompetence) and refunded my items. Will never return.

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?

How much time will it take to process my order?

If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
