  The last time I got a washer the lady was very helpful.notvlikecthe brick with in 5 min the brick refused us of a cash deal Leon's worked with us that is why I'm back for other kitchen and bed stuff now

  We had a great experience purchasing our mattress. Vanessa was amazing from start to finish, she was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the experience very easy. We really appreciated her excellent customer service and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this store, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Vanessa. We really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend!

  I want to be fair to Leon’s because I understand that the issues we’ve experienced with our Whirlpool dishwasher and the warranty company aren’t entirely Leon’s fault. However, I also don’t feel that Leon’s is completely without responsibility. We purchased our dishwasher through Leon’s and have been dealing with a leaking unit, multiple service visits, and a warranty process that has been incredibly frustrating. The repair technician came to our home three times, but the necessary part was never installed. I now have the part sitting on my kitchen table, and the dishwasher is still leaking. The biggest frustration is that we have been caught between Leon’s, King State Warranty, and Whirlpool, with each side seemingly passing the responsibility to someone else. The issue was reported while the appliance was still within its warranty period, but because the repairs were never properly completed, the unit has now fallen outside the warranty timeframe. I understand Leon’s may not control the warranty company or the technicians they send out. However, as the retailer we purchased the appliance from, I would have appreciated more advocacy and assistance in getting this situation resolved. The leaking dishwasher has caused damage to our flooring and has created additional expenses and stress that could have been avoided if the original repair had been properly completed. We're a young couple preparing for our wedding, so having to deal with an ongoing appliance issue and unexpected costs has been extremely frustrating. I don't believe Leon’s is solely responsible for what happened, but I do believe there was an opportunity for better customer support and communication. When a customer is stuck between the manufacturer, warranty company, and service technician, someone needs to step up and help find a resolution. I hope Leon’s takes this feedback seriously, because we have otherwise had positive experiences with the company. I just wish there had been more support when we needed it most.
