Bought a couch and the reclining mechanism failed within the 1-year manufacturer warranty. I contacted them before the warranty expired and also purchased the Zucora extended warranty.
My extended warranty company told me the store had noted that a child sat on top of the couch, even though no technician ever inspected it and my child was only 7 months old at the time.
When I called the store to ask why the manufacturer warranty wasn’t covering it, I was told their technician does not service my area, even though I’m still in the Sudbury District. Because of that, the claim was forwarded to the extended warranty I paid for, causing me to use it and lose my $250 store credit that I would have received if I didn’t use the warranty within 2 years.
It’s frustrating that false information was passed along instead of properly handling the manufacturer warranty claim and figuring out a solution directly.
Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Bought a complete bedroom set from Leon's. Had absolutely zero issues with our sales person. They did promise that it would be delivered within a week, however that did not happen. It was delivered a week after the fact. When it was delivered, 2 very unkept men made the delivery out of a rental cube truck. Upon returning home and opening the boxes, the headboard to the bed was broken, the frame which was in a separate box was also broken and the handles for the dressers don't actually screw in tight, no matter what you do. I called the store and asked for the broken furniture to be picked up and it was, told that the replacement parts would be in within a week, and yet once again when I called the store, they wanted to pass me to my sales person. I just wanted to know the status of the delivery. After the rude women that answered the phone stated that "only my salesperson could update me on the delivery date", she finally said that it was still in transit. I hung up the phone. I have purchased multiple items from Leon's and every single time, it is damaged. I will never shop there again.

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THE EMOTIONAL TURMOIL THIS BRANCH GAVE US.
If you need items right away and they said it’s on stock, make sure to see it first before you pay. Be sure that they deliver door to door if you live in apartment too!
We walked in to buy baby crib and mattress last March 30. We chose to go the store so we know if they have ON STOCK products — which they did! We were happy about it so we opted to buy MORE — headboard, footboard, mirror, and dresser bundle. Those items were not on stock, but we’re cool about it to have it delivered.
We scheduled to pick up the crib and mattress same day, but lo and behold RIGHT AFTER we left the store, Austin our sales agent called and told us the mattress was NOT ON STOCK and will be the following week. He’s going to call us to let us know. We went still to grab the crib the same day.
Week passed. No one called. No follow up. No mattress in sight. We let it slide.
April 13 - 2 weeks after ordered, I took the initiative to call. Staff said she doesn’t know and she will call me back after few hours. Didn’t receive a call back so again, I need to follow up. THEY STILL DON’T HAVE THE MATTRESS BUT THE REST OF THE PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE. They asked me to call back on Wednesday.
April 15 to 16 - I am already in labor and we didn’t have the time to call. We did the following day and scheduled it delivered Saturday ‘cause they it was to toll for Friday delivery.
April 18 - They delivered the items but the problem is THEY DIDN’T DELIVERED IT TO OUR DOOR. LEFT IT ON OUR APARTMENT LOBBY AND SAID THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DELIVERED IT ON OUR FLOOR. Disclaimer: We are 2 stairs flight. They left everything blocking our entryway. What are we supposed to do? We called in a friend to help us carry it
I called the customer service, asked why such a service and asked if they delivered DOOR TO DOOR, which she said yes. I called to raise my disappointment, put me on hold to check what to do. After few minutes, she suddenly said that it was a THIRD PARTY delivery, and due to Health and Safety they can’t delivered 3 more flights and without elevator. But since I already complained, the drivers will be back to help us. Nothing to be helped already ‘cause my partner and friend managed to bring everything without the SERVICE WE DESERVED FROM LEON’S SUDBURY.
Disclaimer: These are the items blocking our entry way and expect a newly expected mother and partner to bring this in 2 stairs flight.

I originally went to the Leon’s in Sudbury to just look for furniture. Because I wasn’t sure how expensive the furniture was and wanted to get an idea of how much I would need to save to buy the furniture I wanted. The staff was very helpful and let me know different payment options but I didn’t want a payment plan. There was no pressure. They let me look around without following me around. When I did have a question though someone was always available to answer. I found the set I liked, it was the Vandelay couch and chair. I started saving a little each month to purchase it and it did come up on sale while I was saving which was even better! So I went into the store and purchased the couch and chair. I did take the extended 5 year warranty which covers the material, mechanical parts and a scotch guard protection for 300$. If you don’t use the extended warranty they refund you at the end of the 5 years. Which I thought was a great idea. That made my decision to take it easy . I will update if I ever need to use the warranty. The couches delivered a week later. The guys who delivered the couch were very polite and made pleasant conversation. They called me before arriving to the house. Leons gave me a 2 hour window for when the set was going to be delivered. They were at my house within the first half hour of that 2 hour window. They used roll out mats to protect my flooring. They set up my couch, made sure the mechanical components were working. They were quick and efficient. In and out in no time. I would definetly go back again to Leon’s and purchase from them.
