- WGwendy goodhewAug 24, 20261.0My senior aunt bought a couch at this location and it has been her nightmare! She was lied to from the start and conned into buying extended insurance that proved useless. Her couch started to fall apart within weeks, material frayed making holes. When she call the manager he rudely blew her off, sending her to the warranty, they did fix arm pillow once but when the other one frayed and the back of the couch frayed leaving a hole, the seats frayed they told her to go to the manufacturer of the couch. This got her no where. The couch was not even sprayed through the warranty when she got it. I deal ONLY with Guelph Leon's as the manager is awesome and truly cares about his customers, I could not believe how rude the stratford manager was not only to customers but to his employees! Stay clear of this store, my aunt is out over 1,000 dollars which she saved for a long time to get new furniture with and its crap!

She was very professional and patient with all our questions and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Her people skills will benefit any customers that ask for her help in their search for whatever they are looking for in their home. We were also very impressed by Aaron and Noah that did the delivery. They were polite and respectful of our home and surroundings. They took the time needed to set things up while doing a thorough job and great clean up of all packaging. This is our 2nd experience with Stratford Leon's and we will definitely be back in the future.
