There are certain people who go above and beyond what is expected of them, and Mark is definitely one of those people. Anyone who has the privilege of dealing with him is very lucky. His exceptional customer service, dedication, and willingness to help do not go unnoticed. He is a true asset to RONA and deserves to be recognized for all that he does.

If you wish to leave a message we will call you back. I live in Tillsonburg they dont even have what I want and I did not want to drive all the way there to find out they dont have it. Sorry, I don't have time to wait for others to call me back so I went elsewhere and bought it at a competitors business. Customer service has gone down the toilet anymore. How sad.
- CDcathy DebeckJul 22, 20261.0I went to purchase 1 bag of insulation cashed out at 10:59. Went to yard got a young man i knew probably a student. He was having trouble finding the insulation so he asked a man driving a fork lift. So he says sorry go to last building again understanding cause he was young. He looked couldn't find it so he got another young man another student still understanding now it's been 25 minutes but hey we all have to learn. We'll he couldn't find it either after 10 minutes looking. So he apologized and said he was going to ask someone else. So asked guy from the beginning the one driving fork lift, he came over he found it threw it in my open trunk and said to me you can situated it and drove off. After over 40 minutes with no help from him then to have him put it my open trunk and drive away was not great customer service. I will go back to home hardware at least they help you out. Bad on him looks bad on Rona St. Thomas.
- MMMikeJul 12, 20261.0Most of the staff here are pretty friendly and helpful. However, I do find that majority of the time throughout the week if you go to the customer service desk they’re always gonna say they’re too busy to accept payment so they’ll then make you walk to the front of the store to pay for everything that you had to go to their desk for to order, which to me makes no sense. The other thing is nine times out of 10 they’re gonna be out of stock for whatever you go there for this week and alone I have been to this store five times and only twice have they had what I actually went to the store for this is probably the worst stock store I have ever been to and on a constant basis. They seem to really struggle to have employees that can scan the low products on the shelves so that they always have stock shelves. If you need something my recommendation is go to home hardware or make the trip to London to go to Home Depot.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
