The Sundance® Spa Store has grown from one store opened in Burlington, Ontario over 20 years ago, into six stores serving customers across Niagara and the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area – We have locations in St. Catharines, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Vaughan. All six of our locations are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, excluding holidays.

It was refreshing to deal with a team that focuses on helping you find the right solution instead of using high-pressure sales tactics. Their customer service has been outstanding from start to finish, and the follow-up support after the purchase has been just as impressive. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. If you're looking for a hot tub and want honest advice, great service, and ongoing support, I highly recommend Sundance Spas in St. Catharines.

The Pros & Cons of all tubs and ultimately placing us with the exact Tub us First Time Tub owners were looking for. They allowed us to take our time and were able to answer any and all questions we came up with in between visits. Unfortunately upon delivery, a panel was damaged. But again, Sundance showed excellent customer service by promptly getting the new panel on order even after the sale, on an issue that they had no part in. So happy with the experience and our new family Hot Tub!
