    If I could leave a lower rating I would. I purchased an item from here and paid $200+ for the installation service. I received multiple calls and confirmed installation for a particular date/time, took time off work to be home for the wide open window that was provided. Then, I continued to receive calls to book installation which of course I declined because i had a date and time set. Confirmed this by the installation company and also via online chat with a Brick representative. The day comes and no microwave. The Brick blaming the installation company who lets be clear works for them to provide service to their customers. They should care about that they don't. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, twice. Nope didn't get to speak to a manger either. Spoke to Trans Global who is the installation company. They said we have to wait for the item to be received and then we book the install. To be clear item in stock at store the whole time. Oh ok lets book a date and time. A week from now. I've already waited a week. I already stayed home from work waiting. No one accountable and no one cares. Oh but to be clear they were happy to take money when I purchased. Go to Leon's people they have a brand new store in Welland and are having a great grand opening. I will never by from the Brick again.

    Ordered an appliance online and received a phone call this morning confirming it was ready for pickup. I drove 30 minutes to the store. Waited around for another 20 minutes, only to be told that the item had been sold earlier that day. The associate said a replacement would arrive on Friday. Unbelievable waste of an evening.

    The two delivery personnel arrived at the designated time. They were very careful unloading the dryer. They were respectful of the home and quickly completed the process, Very professional and effective. Great product suggestions.

    Factory Mattress warranty behind a paywall? Asked multiple times - sales guy stated only way to get the 10 year manufacturer warranty is if 100-130$ mattress protector was on same invoice. Not an aftermarket 3rd party warranty, it the Serta/sealy factory warranty. If the warranty is from the manufacturer - why do I have to buy a terrible and overpriced mattress protector which wrecks the feel of my bed to get it? Seems very scummy. Not required for other stores/online. He was very knowledgeable though.

    Customer Service is unprofessional, inconsistent from one staff member to the next and they take a very lackadaisical approach; their no refund policy handcuffs the customer to accept store credit or ‘choose another item to match’ policy is horrendous. Product availability is constantly back ordered and as a customer is left with paying for an item that they do not have and/or are months waiting for to be in stock for delivery. Consumer check and double before you agree to purchase from The Brick, St. Catharines. Buyer Beware!
