  Jennifer and crew at the St. Catharines location were absolutely fantastic. Even when I found myself in a sticky situation and out of province they were more than understanding and helped me a find a solution that worked for all parties involved. Would recommend 100%!!!

  Post-move. I’m updating the review because I have finished moving and after all the challenges it is only fair I update. I have mentioned the carts handle coming off easy- although this was a bit dangerous as every time I pulled it it came out- I do recognize that this is so you can shift the direction of the cart so you don’t need to turn them around. That’s brilliant. So you can actually move the handle to either end of the cart to troll it whatever way. The hallways although narrow are clean, and the units relatively clean. Ceilings were high so I was able to stack. I got a 5x5. So overall impressed. I still think the price is a lot for that space and admin fees are monthly not a one time fee but at the end of the day I can feel okay that my things are easily accessible and that I can go in anytime to retrieve them given I’m in a building that has easy access. This was really important to me as I have things I rent out in there so getting them in and out freely was key. My initial post was down below. I am worried about rat and mouse / pest control. The building did smell like rat & mouse urine. And the gates to the doors don’t meet the floor flush so this might be a problem with critters entering as they have no spine and can enter anywhere. I think storage spaces need to ensure items are not on the ground or at the most no rodents or rats are even entering the building or units. Not sure why this is always a problem with storage spaces - not just here- everywhere. These are people’s things so it is extremely dangerous and unsanitary if this is a problem. Not just here again- it’s at all storage facilities- including UHAUL. It was an issue. But I did want to say- staff is extremely incredible, accommodating and overall the sweetest people ever! During move: I am really not sure how I feel about this storage. The staff was Incredible- the storage space I was allotted less so. As a single woman with no help- I was given a space way at the back of the shed- the hallway was so narrow I couldn’t even turn the cart around and it was so hot in there. The cart had NO breaks, has no breaks and the handle lifts off so easily I almost hurt myself three times. It was raining when I got there so everything got soaking wet and with the heat- most of my wood furniture I know is bound now to get mold. I had to go to a separate space to get the cart. The doors closed every time I left and so I stood in the pouring rain while my items were getting wet constantly having to sign back in again every single time I left the building. At one point I had to leave the door open because my things got so wet from the back of the UHAUL being open. My storage unit had oil on the floor so I o ur down a white foam. But overall there were at least FOUR + units of same size closer to the doorway and they gave me the one at the back knowing I had a dog, I was alone and had no help. The cart is useless. So overall not happy with the unit and for the price of $150/ month. I’d say look for other units that may provide a hallway you can function in. The staff however is amazing!! Adaptable, accommodating and more. But the actual units- the smell was of mice and overall- not super happy with the unit way at the back with the oil stain. I * mean they know it’s there- people don’t put things in storage that are old and useless. I have wood furniture I am storing that is antique- so we will see. Pretty sure it’s going to have some mold. Let’s just hope it dries out a bit while I’m moving the rest of my things.

  Kim and Jennifer in the office we friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. We popped in without an appointment and left with the perfect unit for us. They answered every question. The facility is clean well secured and has 24 hour access which was important for us. Thank you for all your help ladies!

  DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE!! MY KEY OPENED ANOTHER PERSONS LOCKER! Forgot the exact location of my locker and ended up using my key to open the unit beside mine. First I thought my stuff was taken and they let someone else use my unit, until I tried my key in the unit beside it and it also opened. Got the front desk people to come and switch out the keys for both units, but who knows if my unit had already been rifled through. This is a massive violation of privacy. I made a complaint and someone was suppose to reach out to me last Thursday and no one reached out and nothing was done, which was already about 6 days after the incident. They dont care about clientele or the safety of the items you store on the premises. I will never use an access storage location ever again, and will be removing all my items as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other storage facilities in the area that are more secure.
