Tried the prompt - email and last 4 digits of my phone number but it says login failed. So now it's a long weekend, no one to contact cause all the phone numbers tell me it's closed and now I'm paying for a unit that I don't have access too. Zero customer service. Avoid at all costs! Do not recommend.

Staff member Aries was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (he was covering location from a different location). Lockers and facility are super clean too! Highly recommend.
- DRDarsy RaeliMay 4, 20262.0We rented a storage unit here for 2 years, and our experience when moving out was absolutely unacceptable. Specifically, multiple items were covered in rodent droppings, several boxes had been chewed through, and our furniture—including an expensive couch—was heavily soiled with rat feces and showed signs of water damage. This occurred despite our rental of an indoor, climate-controlled unit, which reasonably implies a higher standard of protection and maintenance. When we raised the issue with staff, their response was simply that they “can’t control that,” which is not acceptable for a facility that is supposed to provide safe and secure storage. This situation reflects a serious failure to meet basic standards of care and raises significant concerns regarding property maintenance, pest control, and customer protection. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this facility.
