  Earl was fantastic he was very helpful but the man at the customer service desk when we called was not professional and unhelpful told us I can’t help you unless you bring the item in so we did and again very unhelpful and unprofessional by pointing and them brushing us off we were not directed to what we needed. I would thank Earl again for all his help

  Don't waste your time shopping on line at Rona Simcoe ordered 2 cans of stain for my deck the app said to click the I'm here button and a rona employee would bring your stuff out to your car waited 20 minutes nothing so I went in the store went to the back of the store found 5 employees standing talking I said excuse me I'm here to pick up my order what order he says I said I ordered some stain he said what colour I told him he said we don't have that colour I said it said on line it says you have 5 cans so then he tells me to go see the girl at the front of the store she doesn't know anything about my order finally the guy showed up with 1 can and I said that I ordered 2 cans so then he left to get another can waited another 20 minutes I asked him if he got lost he said he couldn't find it the moral of the story is just go get it your self it's a lot easier.

  I’d do a 0 star review but it doesn’t allow that. Horrible service. Never have anything in stock and are usually higher priced than every other Rona in the area- check prices in Hamilton/ St Thomas etc and they are ALWAYS cheaper than this place. I hate shopping with an American store like Home Depot, but Rona makes me shop with them.

  My mom and I went into the garden centre yesterday when there was a young brunette with glasses working. I think she was in there by herself. But she was so helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of the products we were asking her about, she has great costumer service skills and was just very kind all around. It was my first time in the garden centre at Rona in simcoe and I’d DEFINITELY go again!

  I’ve been working in construction for 10 years, and for 10 years I’ve been buying materials from different building supply stores. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at RONA. I purchased materials that were apparently not even available in their warehouse, and afterward I had a very difficult time trying to get my money refunded. Instead of helping resolve the issue professionally, the manager named Earl was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Rather than trying to fix the problem, he started blaming me for the situation. Mistakes with inventory can happen — but customer service and accountability are what separate a good store from a bad one. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time. I would seriously reconsider buying from this location again.
