Wish I could give ZERO stars. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! it's Wednesday waiting on a delivery since Saturday.when I called to speak to a manager was told the manager is on break and asked for a call back which I haven't received still. Can't get a refund, can't get a on time delivery. These guys treat customers like they are no body. All I got was LIES LIES LIES and more lies

We decided to buy a new refrigerator to our basement. There were very few options that would fit the space in our building.
But, we met with Brick Staff Ranji. She helped us select our items very easily. She also arranged the delivery perfectly. We got the new refrigerator in 3 days. The people who brought it were very careful. They also took the old refrigerator with them.
I sincerely appreciate Ranji's service and the delivery people too.
Highly recommended to the brick service.

I had a delivery today from two guys (2 black males) and they were great. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for my delivery team (2 Indian males) from a week ago, who cancelled on me because the service elevator was in use by the building’s construction. It was only 2 boxes!! When cancelling, they didn’t make eye contact or let me explain or even talk. All they said was they couldn’t wait for the elevator and didn’t want to waste time, then cancelled. They kept cutting me off.
These guys today brought it up using the regular elevator within 5–10 minutes. Took them like 30 seconds of waiting for an elevator …

Delivery was timely and the delivery men were very knowledgeable and friendly. They put everything in place, but I wish they would have connected it to the Bell box so I could actually watch it. I have to get my nephew to come and do that for me. There appears to be scotch tape all around edge of screen and a plastic cover over the whole screen, not sure if I should remove it.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
