I purchased a washer from them last Sunday with the delivery scheduled on a weekday between 1 to 4. However the driver showed up at 7:45 PM, with no phone call or explanation for the delay. When they arrived, they refused to remove my old machine because it was not disconnected. I explained that I was not informed in store that this is required. Because they could not remove the old one, they also refused to install the new one. I was then asked to talk to the store to reschedule another delivery date. This is unacceptable as I can't take another day off work. I attempted to call the store several times to discuss the issue but was unable to reach anyone. I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

If i could give ZERO star I would. Worst experience ever. They have no regards for your time.still waiting on a delivery since Saturday.its now Wednesday, when I called to speak to a manager was told the manager is on break ,I asked to have him called me back .Still haven't received a call back. Went to the store to get a refund and was told I couldn't get a refund until the following day.VERY unprofessional and shitty service.

We visited this Brick location to purchase a sofa, but the experience was extremely frustrating. On the first day, the sales representative quoted us a price and assured us it would be valid the next day on VIP sale. When we returned, the price had nearly tripled. He acknowledged that he made a mistake while calculating the price on the first day and asked us to come back again next day so that he can offer some discount.
On the third visit, he gave us another price, which was $50 higher than the second day’s quote, which had already been nearly triple the original price from the first day. Since we really liked the sofa, we were still willing to proceed. At that point, he promised that the delivery fee would be waived. We confirmed multiple times that we intended to purchase the sofa at that price and asked for one day to adjust our budget before returning.
However, on our fourth visit, he changed the terms again, stating he could not waive the delivery fee and instead offered a $50 discount, which still made the total about $40 higher than what was previously promised.
We visited the store four days in a row based on repeated assurances that were not honored. This resulted in wasted time, extra commuting and a very disappointing overall experience.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
