  We had a very good experience with Ms. Sara Norbakhsh, the design consultant at Blinds To Go. She was very helpful and helped us get exactly what we wanted. She is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The whole process was smooth because of her help. We highly recommend her.

  I have three gripes 1) the product is inferior to their previous blinds: We have purchased blinds last year and we're very happy. The new blinds we just got are very inferior for the same price or more. The motor is now louder. The up down buttons are replaced with a pull wand which is disappointing as it means you can only set the default to the lowest point. 2) the timing Last year it was about 3 weeks between ordering and receiving the blinds. This year we had to wait almost 5 weeks. And the estimated dates were late. 3) the order quality After all that they sent us two different headers, one with fabric, one without and they estimated it would be another couple weeks to get resolved. We just stuck with the mis-matching headers.

  I purchased blinds from Blinds to Go Scarborough Location over 20 years ago for our entire home. Most of our blinds are still working like new! 2 blinds though have issues with the mechanism We went back to Blinds to Go Scarborough location, my old blinds are no longer being produced and they couldn’t be repaired. Blinds to Go Scarborough replaced both blinds with brand new blinds!! 😁 With No questions asked! Blinds to Go Scarborough Location has Quality Blinds! A Great Warranty! and Excellent Customer Servive!! I am pleased that we decided to purchase from Blinds to Go

  We had purchased roller shades 11 years ago from the same store on Kennedy road. Called to see if the had the same measure meants so we could purchase sun block shades and ro our surprise they had still had them.We spoke to Nasima who is very knowledgeable and is very friendly as well walked us through the process.Thank you

  I got custom Cascade shades for my 3 big windows at my Whitby home purchased and installed from Scarborough Kennedy Road store. I paid for professional installation also along with Hub purchased for wireless control of shades through my mobile. Blinds to go recalled this square hub because of many complaints from users. They replaced with round BOND hub. I picked exchange Bond Hub this month, April 2026. I tried myself to set up but no success. Spent more than 3 hours 2 times with their technical chat but no success. It’s a useless product introduced without testing completely. I have been buying my blinds at this store for over 10 years. But will not do any shopping from this frustrated experience. Thanks and regards.
