This company operates on an unethical business model that exploits vulnerable individuals, including those struggling with addiction or mental health challenges who have limited income. For instance, they finance a product retailing elsewhere for $400 at a rate of $100 per month for 18 months, resulting in a total cost of $1,800. This exorbitant interest rate is predatory, particularly for low-income customers. Furthermore, the merchandise is of inferior quality and frequently consists of repossessed items from unsanitary environments. Even if a customer has already paid two to three times the retail value (between $800 and $1,200), the company will repossess the item if payments are missed. They reclaim items contaminated with bodily fluids, instruct employees to sanitize them superficially, and lease them to the next unsuspecting customer under the same predatory 18-month terms
