  The store from purchase to delivery were fantastic. The fridge had a possible delay and the sales team were able to provide me with backup options and were very accommodating. Thankfully everything arrived before my deadline and the delivery team were very careful bringing them into my new build. Excellent place to deal with!

  The freezer is perfect for our space! The delivery team were very friendly and courteous and took great care getting it to the basement 😊

  Today we purchased a washer and dryer from Leon's. We paid cash and delivered and installed ourselves. We have made numerous purchases over the years from Leons and have been happy with both product and service. When shopping for a washer/dryer we have a unique situation. Our house is very small compared to the average house, and have JUST 1 location to put the machines. Infact they have to stack or we cant fit these appliances in our space. And with that said, we have them located in a big closet that keeps everything related to the machines in one spot. And because this , you can bet the first question asked to a salesperson would be.."do they stack". Infact this question was voiced several tines before purchasing and you would think a salesman should ask... "do you need the brackets for your stacking appliances? We live an hour one way from Sault Ste Marie, and after calling back to Leons and inquiring about the brackets we are informed they are sold seperately... and salesman Julian denys that we ever asked if the machines stacked in the first place. I always thought a good salesman should be trying to upsell and if there was the slightest chance a customer would need an extra item for any purchase, it should be mentioned before point of sale. Bigger sale... bigger commission. With the price of gas and not to mention the inconvienence, Leons will not be a direction to go when needing new appliances from now on.

  Terrible experience with Leon's. Avoid buying here if you can. They'll tell you anything to take your money, for us sadly it was 8k in appliances. Staff will say anything to get you off the phone and when you go in store no one seems to have the answers for you either, they say they will call you back, no one calls. Awful, awful, wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. We're still waiting on half the order that's stuck in Newmarket, no drivers to the Sault I guess? Everytime I call I get different information from what is listed on my Leon's account. Might just drive to Newmarket myself at this point since they say I can't cancel my order that's been delayed three times already.

  We experienced great customer service at the Leon’s store. We were happy with our purchases. When it was time for delivery, one of our items had apparently been damaged so they were going to get a new one, it would be a week they said. That turned into 3. When we had the item finally delivered it had a slight tear in the back. The delivery guys showed us, we opted for a discount and kept the item. The delivery guys were EXCELLENT! They were efficient and careful and cleaned up.
