  My parents just purchased a L2 washer and dryer and we have other had it 5 days and has not worked right called the store gave us a number for manufacturer called them they said because its within the 30 days to call the store they will give u a new one , no one has called us back my mom and dad went out there on Sunday and rhe girl behind the desk couldn't even get our of her chair to.come talk to them just pointed to papers on her desk and said I sent a email off just waiting to hear back. So now Monday still no call back she calls and they give her another number to call we try that get a busy signal so we hang up try again and it just rings and rings.Gettinf very annoyed has we have no washer to wash clothes for 5 people worst customer service

  Very disappointing experience. I purchased a leather sofa in Sep 2025 with extended warranty and paid almost $4000 after taxes. From day one, the motor had issues and the cushion was defective. Both problems were reported immediately. A technician came once, said the parts sent were wrong, and left. Since then, no updates, no calls, and no follow-up. It has now been almost 9 months and I am still left with a faulty sofa. I also raised concerns about my mattress during the inspection, and there has been no follow-up on that either. Customer concerns seem completely ignored once the sale is completed. For the amount paid, I expected far better quality and service.

  Our experience about buying a mattress for the 3rd time with Leon turned out good because they stood by their words. We bought expensive mattress and after a 1.5 year one side was sinking so we contacted Leon's because of warranty... they sent someone to take see and verify if it had to be replaced and it did. So Leon's contacted the manufacture and manufacture refused because they said not enough slats under box spring... well we have 7 strong ones plus a box spring and manufacture didn't want to replace mattress and we got angry at Leon's and finally got our mattress replaced because Leon's stands by their warranty. That's not right for manufacture to refuse because not enough slats. Most frame you buy has 3 slats. These days we have to stand up for what is right. So if you get refused.... fight it. That's not right. Leon's is good. Everything now adays is you always have to fight because big manufactures are not honest anymore.

  Leon’s was one of the few places that had in stock stand up Freezers. We purchased an L2 17 cu ft freezer for the first time. Normally we stick with Whirlpool or Frigidaire. So here hoping it a good choice. Purchase and delivery were great. Product is working as one would hope

  I'll start with the store. Very clean and nicely organized. Sonya helped me at the store. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt no pressure to buy. Now the delivery. The two guys were on time, very pleasant and helpful. I'm so happy with my purchase. The table and chairs are solid and reasonably priced. All in all, 5 ⭐ across the board.
