We have been clients of The Brick for over 9 years, and honestly, a huge reason for that is Nader. Over the years, he has consistently provided outstanding customer service, professionalism, honesty, and dedication that is very hard to find nowadays.
What truly makes Nader stand out is how responsible and committed he is to his clients. Even on his off days, he still takes the time to answer questions, follow up, and make sure everything is handled properly. That level of care and responsibility is extremely rare today and shows how much he genuinely values his customers.
Nader is not the type of salesperson who simply tries to make a sale. He gives honest insights, real feedback, and recommendations that actually help you make the best decision for your home and budget. Very few sellers are this transparent and trustworthy anymore, which is exactly why we continue coming back.

In my experience the first sales person i dealt with late last year was amazing. This last time In 2026 was not good. The sales rep was not knowledgeable and did not explain things to me properly at all. I will never shop at the brick again.
The other people Involved are amazing. Delivery men, Install people, people on the customer service lines and email and booking installation. They are fabulous

I had a generally good experience with the products and selection here, but the checkout process left a bad taste in my mouth.
I found it incredibly unprofessional that the agents tried to impose a sense of guilt when I decided to change my mind and remove a few items from my initial list. As a customer, I have every right to curate my purchase before paying, and I should not be made to feel responsible for an agent's commission or sales targets.
Shopping should be a choice, not an obligation. While I like the items I kept, the social pressure and 'guilt-tripping' tactics used by the staff make me hesitant to return. I’d recommend the management train their team on respecting customer boundaries—your job is to assist, not to emotionally pressure people into buying things they don’t want.

My wife & I had an extremely pleasant experience from the moment we walked in, to when we got our new sectional delivered. We were greeted by Nazila and she treated us like longtime friends from beginning to end. Never pressured us to make a decision or get a sale, she handled our interaction how every sales person should, with respect, support, and patience. We even viewed other furniture stores in the area and weren’t even greeted or approached, usually because of our age or our outward appearances. After making some decisions we dealt with Shaw, the store manager & our experience kept getting better & better. Being in retail for many years I could instantly tell this whole team deeply cared for their craft. Thank you again Shaw & Nazila! 10/10

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
