  We had an extraordinary experience at Leon's Furniture in Richmond Hill. Sam, our salesperson, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. He took the time to explain the quality of the different products, informed us about current sales and discounts, and clearly explained the protection plans. What we appreciated most was that after answering all of our questions, he always gave us the time and privacy to make our own decision without ever pressuring us to purchase a particular product. That made the shopping experience relaxed and enjoyable. Whenever Sam was unavailable, the other salespeople were happy to assist us, and the customer service staff were also welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. We highly recommend Leon's Furniture in Richmond Hill. If you're shopping there, be sure to ask for Sam—you'll receive outstanding customer service!

  I needed to furnish my whole house and purchased several items from Leon’s in Richmond Hill including a dining set, tv and bedroom set along with furniture for a living room. Bamdad, our sales representative was very patient and helpful. I had made changes and additions to my purchase and he accommodated my requests. Truly a great salesperson. The prices at Leon’s were also great.

  Excellent delivery. Despite a narrow staircase, the delivery team managed to get a couch quickly and carefully. The team was respectful of our home. They used shoe covers. Excellent delivery experience. The couch is black leather. The quality is really good. Made in Canada. Leather all around. I am impressed with Richmond Hill Leon’s sale experience. They even arranged out of the area delivery for us. Well done!

  What a terrible customer service experience there is! I went the Leon’s Richmond Hill twice within a week for a TV. The first time I almost made the deal but some details of the TV need to be verified. The sales person knew very little about the TV and he had to get back to manufacturers’ representatives for those details. In the meantime, he promised to call me on next business day but never made it. Three days later, I was contacted by the text with the information that I want and we decided to make the deal at the weekend. Two days later after the text conversation , I visited the store for making the deal. At the beginning, the same sales person served me but he suddenly disappeared. I was left and waited until 20 mins to closing time. Then, I had to go to the counter for the help but found he was serving for a different group of Persian people. The manager went out and told me that the price for the TV went up $800 and Ironically questioned me why did put the deposit at that time. In fact, I wasn’t offered this option by the sales person I was so frustrated about how this store became. Regardless how unprofessional the sales person was in every aspect, it made thinking that is the sales person in the store only serving the people with same ethnicity first instead of the first come first serve principles? Where is D.E.I value in Leon’s Furniture?

  My wife and I had an outstanding experience shopping for a washer and dryer at Leon’s in Richmond Hill, largely thanks to our sales associate, Shane. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly and transparent about the pros and cons of each brand. No high-pressure selling, not pushy at all. Instead, he helped us find exactly what would fit our needs and budget. Could not be happier for his exceptional customer service from start to finish. Look Shane up when you’re at Leon’s Richmond Hill for a wonderful shopping experience!
