  Came to Leon’s looking for furniture and I was very happy with the service. Feri allowed me the breathing room to look around but was available when I had questions. She helped me find the right mattress and made sure to explain the delivery process. Today it was delivered, and the two gentleman were so quick and kind. All around so happy with this experience.

  I purchased a sofa set two years ago and paid for a protection service. I was told that if I didn’t use it or make a claim, I would get the money back after two years. Now I’m being told I must spend $400 to receive a $200 store credit. This is not what I was told when I purchased the service. Customers deserve clear and honest information about what they are purchasing. I have purchased from this store before, but after this experience, I will no longer shop here. Also the sales person did not mention that it will be credit store. I remeber all he said that day. Also Ashley people do not lie for 200 dollar. I wish I could give negative stars—not one star.

  Terrible service. There manager “Dionne” is extremely unfriendly, rude and arrogant. The quality of the furnitures here are extremely poor, and we received a seriously defective piece. We went through an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience trying to get a refund. This was not a minor defect or a small cosmetic issue—it was a serious manufacturing problem that made the furniture barely usable as an actual piece of furniture. In the end, we had to bring the furniture back to the store ourselves and assemble it there just to finally receive our refund. What disappointed me the most was the staff’s attitude. When we were buying the furniture, they followed us around and were extremely attentive and eager to make the sale. But once we received a defective product, they completely stopped taking responsibility and acted as if it had nothing to do with them.sales man “Sam” you shouldn’t be like that too. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the furniture and the customer service. I will never shop here again.

  ​I purchased from this store a few days ago and am satisfied with the product quality. However, I wanted to share my experience with management. The only odd thing was that I felt pressured to take a photo of the salesperson and attach it to a Google review. I felt quite awkward, though I complied at the time. A genuine Google review should be voluntary, written only after receiving the full service and item. I have deleted my previous review and am posting this strictly for management's awareness. This kind of practice hurts the credibility of Google reviews.
