  The initial contact with call center very frustrating. I started to look elsewhere as the high sales technique turned me off immediay. If not for Nicole (Nikki.)at the actual site in Port Perry I would not have gone with this company. She changed my mind with her customer service.

  Rates are pretty high and we had leaking in our unit. Site was easily accessible.

  Brittany at Access is the best! Always so helpful and cheerful. She constantly looks after me and my clients. Super organized and knows her stuff! Grateful for her.

  Access Storage is great, and it's Canadian. Always courteous set up for storage, competitive rates, welcoming staff. Positive experience with storage needs. Britney at this location and Mark at reservations were both so helpful. We really appreciate the friendly organized service and great communication.
