I would like first of all say that I have purchased many items here .... in the past. Today I phoned to inquire about my bonus dollars, that I wanted to use, and the girl on the phone informed me that I could no longer use them. Apparently, they were supposed to be cashed in before the end of 2025. She said that emails were sent out, and public media also carried that info. I live out of the area and knew nothing about this. I feel that the owners should honour my $30.00 or so to get my business back. It is the least they can do, as not everyone had gotten or received these notifications. II earned every one of those dollars, and would like to see this matter rectified.

Very disappointing experience,do not honor their warranties, employee replied we are Not a charity.Asked for manager Tanya to call, never did. There are a large assortment of Mums down the street at Colour Paradise and better prices too,I highly recommend checking them out on Bleams Road
