  I order 3 yards of river rock to use around my garden and at least half of it is gravel I am not pleased

  A fun place to go. A amazing place and a large selection of plants and flowers. The gift section is a delight. I like visiting the fashion part. The. Staff is helpful and friendly.

  I was very disappointed with how Meadow Acres handled the transition away from Meadow Acres Dollars. We had accumulated $47 worth over time and went in today expecting to use them, only to be told they were no longer accepted because the program had moved to a digital format. At no point did the Meadow Acres Dollars have an expiry date, so there was no reason to believe they would suddenly become worthless. I understand businesses need to modernize their loyalty programs, and I have no issue with moving to a digital system going forward. However, customers who were already issued Meadow Acres Dollars should have had them honored or been given the opportunity to exchange them during the transition. This was handled very poorly and left us feeling like the value we had earned was simply taken away. Unfortunately, this experience has damaged my trust in the business, and I won't be returning.

  I have shopped at Meadow acres for over 20 years and have thoroughly loved the store and the workers. I have also recommended the store too many people and bought many gift cards. However, the last two times I have come there I have not left with a good experience or vibe. The staff at the cashier we're just rude to my sister and I the other day, after waiting in line to purchase something she looked at us with disgust and snapped at me "can I help you" in a very rude tone it just doesn't feel like a welcoming store anymore. There are two older ladies that have always been very helpful with purchasing specific plants, however an experience a month ago was a worker was helping us pick out the plant when another younger store member interrupted and was really rude about what specifically we were looking for. We also purchased mulch that day and upon pulling around to pick it up the man that lifted the bags into the car was very rude, annoyed and not friendly at all. We left and we drove to Sheridan Nursery, to which they greeted us with a warm welcome and check out was lovely with smiles and happy people to check you out with your purchases and all the same plants and products. We will not be coming back anymore due to the way we felt leaving there. There is many other options for expensive high-end nurseries. The vibes are gone, customer service needs to be number 1 there.
