- MTMargaret Lee Tolland5 days ago5.0The delivery people were very professional. The driver skilfully navigated our very long country laneway by backing the truck up to our house. Carrying the new mattress into the basement and removing the old one went off without a hitch. Thank you.
- MJMarian JenkinsMay 11, 20265.0I had a horrible experience trying to buy hose kit for washing machine. I meant to buy but ended up I didn’t. This would mean that they would not take away old washing machine. I spent almost 2 hrs on chat trying to fix issue nothing worked. I finally went to The Brick in Peterborough ( when I live in Scarborough, I was out of townand LUCAS gave me the best service ever. Problem was solved in 10 minutes and very polite to boot. This was the problem, I could not no matter what I did talk to a human. Ugh 😩 Thank You So Very Much LUCAS. You rock and deserve a raise. You Rock!
- CCChristianMay 10, 20262.0Apparently if you want poor customer service, the brick is the place to shop! Furniture missing hardware? No problem! You can get it yourself from the hardware store! Want a great experience on the phone from a female company representative? They'll hang up on you mid conversation! If this sounds like a great experience for you, my all means I highly recommend the brick.
- PSPro ScalerMay 9, 20265.0The 2 Brick Peterborough delivery gentleman were amazing. Our 6 items were delivered very efficiently and courteously indeed! No fuss, no muss. A very good delivery experience compared to the affiliated company we had deliver items last year. The only negative is that we didn't realize they would only deliver and dash. We spent 3 hours unpacking and assembling, drilling in couch and chair legs etc. Luckily my husband had the specialized and necessary tools required to do that. Felt a lot like an IKEA do it yourself situation (that we avoid)😒. . This wasn't what we were promised upon purchasing thousands of dollars of merchandise at the Burlington store, so it's a 1 star for that. Also, the fabric on the recliner wasn't as expected and shown to us in the Burlington store so that will most likely have to go back.

He was able to get the delivery date moved up to accommodate the fact that I needed the refrigerator 'immediately ' as mine quit working this morning. He was very efficient with providing details on the warranties and delivery services. I have been The Brick customer for a few years and have always had great service. I found a lower price on an item I purchased last week. Do you have a price guarantee?
Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Check our Warranties and Protection Plans page for full details or discuss your options with a sales consultant in your local Brick store.
Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
