- CNCourtney NorrisOct 4, 20261.0I’ve gotten 5+ items from Aaron’s since roughly 2020. I have put THOUSANDS into this company. Trevor and Kevin were always great! Helpful, kind, understanding. Whoever it is they have working there now, is absolutely none of those things. Staff/management is now just demanding, heartless and pushy. Quick to lose out on their full sale by repossessing items because of struggles. I miss the old staff. Places like this are meant to help low income individuals get things they can afford outright, that’s why they jack up the long term price so high because they’re taking advantage of people who can’t afford expensive things. Nonetheless, the old staff used to understand struggle and help where they could and always ended up getting all the money in the end. New staff on the other hand, rather make the company lose out on thousands than work with people who are going through a rough patch. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back ever again. If I do, I’ll find a better location.

Ive been loyal to Aarons for many years always good with payments, I had one missed payment (my second last payment) I had a lot of stuff going on my car insurance was behind, I had a car loan I needed paid, Ive been laid off and haven't been able to find a stable job, when I tried explaining all this to them they threatened to take the property, I had already prior explained to them I no longer had the things and I explained to them the personal reasons and even though I no longer had these things I continued paying on time, I got a text back saying "thanks for letting me know itll go to collections". Aarons should be holding employees tl certian standards i miss ONE payment in over 3 or 4 years, if i could give 0 stars I would due to the fact instead of responding with more care, respect or even just human decency it was like speaking to a robot, they tried texting me deals recently and I texted back I had already been asked to be removed from their list. Highly recommend going somewhere else. There's a place up lansdowne I go to now super kind people told them my situation and they even offered ways to help me incase I cant make payments. Do not go to Aarons.

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Aaron's accepts cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards at most locations.
How does Aaron's Low Price Guarantee work?
If you are ever shopping and see that one of our local competitors has a lease to own deal that's lower than Aaron's, we'll be happy to offer our Low Price Guarantee. Our Low Price Guarantee promises that we'll meet or beat any local rent to own competitor's advertised total cost of lease ownership on the same item or we'll give you $100 in cash! †
What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
