- DDDan2 days ago1.0Bought a fridge and it came damaged. Took them 2 1/2 monrhs to replace it. Replacement fridge is faulty. It is freezing everything in it. I have had cans explode because they are frozen so bad!! A bottle of cider exploded as well. Glass everywhere. Manager said he would get back to me. NEVER HAS!! I would like a refund and it is like talking to a wall. Its as if they have my money and now I can go to hell. Very unhappy and disgusted. Cant even get through to the manufacterers. Says they are busy with other customers.
- LELarry Engel2 days ago4.0Delivery was fine but before I ordered the dressers I asked if I had to assemble them and was told no that they would be delivered and set up. They just put them in the bedroom in the boxes and left. Disappointed as it took over 2 hours to unbox them and then was left with a balcony full of cardboard and Styrofoam. I'm 72 with a bad heart and torn ACL.

Our dryer was bought almost 3 years ago and the person who delivered it did a phenomenal job getting it down our basement stairs on his own and the dryer has had no issues at all. We bought an adjustable and shredded Q memory foam pillow there and the in person service was enjoyable. We're definitely going to consider the Brick for any new large home item we need in future, such as a BBQ.

When we went to open the packaging we found the screws missing for the couch feet, but I did have screws on hand to finish the install of the feet. Kinda put a sour flavour in my mouth as this could of been a problem.

Was not told this at the store and if had been told that l wouldn't have Purchased it.Yes it was on the bottom of the receipt. Does anyone read that stuff. If something like this was to happen to an elderly couple 75 to 80 do think they would be very happy. Bottom line I will not be making another purchase from any Brick store.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
