    We purchased a leather sofa and chair,process was easy and we did not feel pressured at all And were given info of the product . At the delivery day,we were surprised and uniformed that they will not set up ,we were left with huge boxes and no help. We had to wait to get help and correct tools as our wrists could not unscrew the nails .. also after all I found a couple of small tears in the chair.. I called the store ,had conversation with Dave and he promised to get us another chair, but my stipulation was to have however deliver has to set it up and I inspect for no tears so we do not go through that again.Im happy to say he kept his promise ,it was set up and there were no damage ...I would say that is good customer service that took a bit away from the 1st dissapointment... thank you.

    Tyson was a very good salesman. He took the time to explain everything. The remote does work for the couch but I am very skeptical about it. The delivery was a bit mixed up but it worked out and the fellows were very efficient and friendly. It sure was a long work day for them.(heading to Tobermory after Sauble.) I did not receive the original Scotch guard I was promised but did receive something similar. Hope it works as well. All and all I was very satisfied.

    The gentlemen were here in a timely fashion and brought my purchase in quickly and were polite. I would like to add that apparently your policy is to drop and go and not open purchase to inspect it or assemble (delivery guys told me this). I think you would do better if you would help customer open, assemble & inspect purchase. There are some people that would find this very difficult to do on their own. At the very least let people know ahead that this is your policy.

    Never buy a midea garage ready freezer or anything from the brick. This freezer has been leaking on my floor for months, had to go through manufacturer to then have the brick send a replacement... which is also leaking all over my floor. But of course "this is the first they have heard of it" lol. Forced to spend more money, buy a different freezer and told it will be delivered Saturday. Waited around all day Saturday and not even the respect of a phone call and no freezer delivered. I wasnt going to say anything but enough is enough. Disrespectful and have no regard for other people, their time or their property. Julianna their part time employee who set up the delivery when dealing with a customer on the phone was heard yelling profanity infront of other customers by the warehouse manager. Hopefully they remove this toxic individual from their staffing. Update: Employee was removed from position.
