  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Darby at Leon’s in Owen Sound! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable and never pressured us into anything. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect dining table for our home. Darby went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and his customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We really appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend Darby to anyone shopping at Leon’s Owen Sound! Thanks again, Darby!

  Logan was an absolute legend! From start to finish he helped make the purchase of a new washer seamless and worked hard to get the delivery day we needed with a tight turn around! Don’t hesitate using Leons - I’ll be using them for all my future needs in owen sound because of Logan.

  We went to check out mattresses for our son and ended up buying a new one for ourselves as well. Ashley was very knowledgeable and we were very impressed with her experience in the business and honesty. We will definitely be back in the future for any furniture needs.

  Joe flat out lied to me. I was in on Sunday looking for a TV and Joe told me I'd have to wait a few days for the one I wanted (showing in stock) because their warehouse was closed on Sunday. I knew the same TV was also showing available at the Brick so I told him I would try there and Joe insisted both the and the Brick were the same company so I wouldn't be able to get it there either... and their warehouse would also be closed. I told him I would call anyways to check, an he gave me a puffy "whatever man" and walked away. I called and wouldn't you know they had them in the box, ready for pickup. As I'm leaving he starts calling out some crap to me from the other side of the store... I didn't even make eye contact.. just said "they have it" and left. Leons has always been my first stop, I bought a fridge and dishwasher just a few months ago and all of my furniture over the years. You've lost my trust over a $600 TV... your associate didn't care about the customer, and I will return the favour to Leon's in the future.

  Had an electric recliner couch delivered and noticed the mechanism was very noisy upon delivery. The delivery driver was great, contacted their department to have it fixed. The repair man came, he was nice and friendly, great service and our couch is good as new!
