  The process began with an email with the approximate time of arrival in the morning. I checked the system 30 minutes prior to the time indicated in the morning, it said they would arrive within 10 minutes and they did. It was 20 minutes ahead of schedule. They worked quickly to deliver the bed to into the bedroom and promptly continued with their deliveries.

  Really liked the two guys that came. They unboxed everything and set it for us, made sure it worked. Then they took the packaging with them. Our neighbors were so impressed they are coming to Leon's next time. We tipped them with cash when they were here.

  Not impressed with their customer service. Went in there looking for couches. We were told there was a VIP event coming up and they would notify us. So we intended to wait a few weeks for this event even though we currently don’t have couches but no one ever reach out about this event. We happened to be in another town that had a Leon’s and saw couches we liked. We tried to purchase from that location and get it shipped from Owen sound but they did not agree to that. I guess this is not the first time from reading other reviews. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

  I was in London Leon’s wanting to purchase a Sofa and Love Seat. The London Leon’s contacted Owen Sound to seal the deal for me but Owen Sound rejected it due to me not signing the contract with them to go to their store. The london Leon’s even tried to give me a vacuum for free and would ship my couches from Owen Sound but Owen Sound would not agree to seal the sale. You would think Leon’s locations would help each other out, in the end the customer is purchasing from Leon’s anyways. Owen Sound once again have the worst customer service and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.

  I would have rated the service 5 stars, however our first contract with Leons service department was not good. My concern and the response was done through voice mail and email. The service associate simply replied that our concern was “within acceptable production standards for the manufacturer “. I know this wasn’t true. We paid $4,000 for the love seat. The manufacturer is Palaster. A top quality, Canadian manufacturer would not consider our problem “acceptable “. When I went into the store and dealt directly with the good folks there, everything changed and service was top shelf. The technicians that came to the house were excellent. While our concerns haven’t been resolved yet I’m confident we will see acceptable resolution soon.
