  From Catherine helping us out on the sales floor to the 2 delivery man, these individuals were amazing. I've worked retail and know how hard and crappie people can be, but with the service we experienced you know these individuals were very professional and caring of our needs, to the delivery guys helping out when you realize you ordered too much cause of not having room, these delivery guys called to help get the extra pieces sent back for us. The tracking the delivery was awesome as we knew where we stood in line of delivery to them also calling when you're the next stop We ordered a living room set, area rug and tv

  From starting with Amy in the Owen Sound showroom to today’s delivery, we were more than pleased with our experience. Delivery was on time and the 2 young men were polite and considerate of our home and space. 1/2hour to build the cabinet bed (that we never would have been able to lift or build) and they were on their way with all the packing box and styrofoam. The cabinet bed looks perfect!

  Arrived as scheduled and the delivery was quick with the mattress put in place and all garbage removed. Very friendly delivery team.

  Great experience. Steve our sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable! Delivery crew was excellent. Happy with everything.

  Your team arrived in the expected window which was good. First piece they unloaded, dining room chair, was the wrong colour. Second piece they unloaded was just placed in the room in the box in. Was told they do not do setup or take away the packaging. Seemed strange as the delivery guys 10 days ago, assembled the product and took the packaging. Third piece never got off truck as it was not the correct coffee table. Have spoke to Joe, our sales contact. Experience was not so great this time Keith
