We haven't needed to buy appliances in what feels like forever, so wanting to be sure we didn't end up with buyer's remorse has been in the back of our minds. Mark Redwood was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and allowed us the time to make our decisions. He also offered us the FlexityCard option, which has allowed us to delay payment for a few months. We will recommend The Brick and Mark to our friends & family.
- HKHpreet KaurAug 24, 20261.0Very Disappointing Experience I returned the chairs once because they arrived damaged, and they sent me another set that was damaged again. The chairs have scratches, chipped paint, dents, and marks. I also have an issue with the stove, which is not working as expected. I didn’t even ask for a refund—I only wanted proper replacements. Honestly, don’t waste your time and money. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better quality and service.
- PSPete SnyderAug 21, 20265.0Mark Redwood was outstanding... we were looking for a leather recliner and Mark showed us a couple, one at a ridiculous reduced price, a couple of others very nice, but then he showed us a super comfortable, excellent quality chair from the Scott Brothers which was more expensive, but perfect... we then talked about warranties and decided the 5 year plan was the best... He continued to explain about the finance credit card and the advantages, so I signed up for that... We talked about finalizing the deal today, which we just completed... Mark was very responsive to all our questions, prompt on the phone requests and overall made this experience a pleasure... We will certainly be doing business again, thanks again Mark.... The delivery team just left, great service and installation was a breeze, plus they cleaned up the packaging etc... Pete and Su

I came in with a tricky space and a very specific list of what wasn't working with my old fridge, and Mark took the time to actually understand all of it: what I had, what I needed, and how a new fridge could solve the problems I was dealing with. He steered me to a counter-depth model that fits my space perfectly, and honestly I couldn't believe how much I was able to fit inside given the opening I was working with. It looks fantastic too. Thanks again, Mark. Incredible service and genuinely friendly throughout. I'll be back to see you for my next purchase.
- WWWayne WoelfleAug 19, 20265.0I have been watching for a new sofa for quite some time. Everything being available to view online is great, but I wanted to “test” before I bought. I was able to do that at The Brick, whereas several other retailers didn’t have the “model” available to do that. I bought a couch, The Addison, as well as a new mattress. One of the nice things about visiting the Kanata location was that I wasn’t hounded as soon as I stepped through the doors. The delivery was prompt & smooth (1 week). The 3 men who did the delivery were also polite and efficient. All in all, a great experience.

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
