Purchased a leather recliner from the brick and it was delivered on March 11th. It has squeaked from day one and would hardly recline!!! Ast night it finally gave out and the entire mechanism broke so I couldn't even get out of my chair. Another piece of junk from this store. My last time shopping there and now we'll see if they stand behind the furniture they sell.
Further to the above review, I was just informed by the BRICK customer service that they don't have a return policy after 48 hours and that they could send a technician. Im not interested in a technician coming to my home and asked that they pick up the chair and refund my money. I was told basically that the broken down chair is my problem and I'm out $1300. What a fantastic policy and needless to say not a place I will ever shop at again.

I was very happy with the service provide during my latest purchase at the Brick (Hunt Club). Zaid, who works in sales, was extremely friendly, professional, and patient. He went through all options and details with me, to my total satisfaction. I really commend him for his excellent service and kindness.
During my follow-up visit when Zaid was absent, Venushka was also very friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.
I also had the chance to talk with the sales manager Erfan during both visits. He was extremely professional and accommodating. He made sure that everything went through smoothly, and that I was completely satisfied. It is clear that he encourages a friendly and effective approach to his sales team, and that his excellent management is reflected through his team. He is a great asset to the Brick, and I commend him for being an exemplary manager.

The delivery personnel exhibited a lack of professionalism. Upon contacting the store, I was informed that they would replace the sofa due to damage caused during the delivery process. On a subsequent delivery attempt, the personnel arrived with a new sofa but refused to replace the entire unit, instead proposing to only replace the bottom section. I insisted that the entire sofa should be replaced. He then remarked that he believed the individual was not in a proper state of mind and suggested that he might have been under the influence of substances. and he left the sofa in the middle of the hallway. he refused to bring the new one inside and he took it with him

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
