My experience with The Brick has been nothing short of unacceptable and infuriating.
I purchased appliances for my new home expecting quality products and dependable customer service. Instead, from the very beginning, I was met with repeated installation failures involving both the dishwasher and laundry appliances. The installers had to return multiple times because the appliances were not installed correctly, causing major disruption and forcing me to keep using facilities at my previous residence.
The dishwasher has been an ongoing disaster. Despite numerous complaints, photographs, emails, and repeated explanations, the problem remains unresolved. The bottom drawer continues to scratch the floor, and the appliance still does not function properly. Rather than resolving the issue promptly, I have been shuffled between departments, supervisors, service companies, and technicians, with nothing but repeated assessments and endless delays.
What is most unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability and customer-focused service. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, it feels as though the company is simply dragging this out in the hope that I will eventually give up. Weeks have turned into months, and despite the significant time, energy, and frustration I have invested, I still have no satisfactory resolution.
Buying appliances for a new home should be a positive experience. Instead, my experience with The Brick has been stressful, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. I strongly urge the company to take customer complaints seriously and improve both its installation standards and after-sales service.

Lovely and very charming, mother type sales person.
Not only did I have a great shoping experience! I had a friend like visit and she gave me a much needed hug when I expressed my gratitude for her excellent advice on what mattress was best for my husband who recently had a stroke. God bless the lovely Mom like lady.
I will certainly go back to her when I build our retirement home for furniture.
Thank you Brick for Great in store service and the delivery man who was a delight to be in my home for the few minutes it took him to drop off my purchase.
I gave him pecan Snack and Pepsi to go.

Their premium insurance is a scam.
The range cooktop exploded after placing a hot pan onto a cold, off surface. According to the warranty documents, this is not misuse. Apparently this can happen from air bubbles in the surface.
After reporting the issue to insurance and sending pictures as requested, they sent a technician out for what I thought was a repair.
The technician came, I explained what I mentioned on the initial report and he noted it down on his saying yeah that can happen. He didn't ask any questions so I assume he got what I explained.
After scheduling a follow up repair, I called the day before to confirm. They told me the repair was cancelled as the technician reported the stove was on when it exploded which wasn't covered.
After a month of wasted time trying to reach the right person, all parties said they couldn't do anything and to contact the other party (The Brick, King and State, Trans Global). All of them mentioned I could purchase from them instead.
I've been without a range for over a month and was also told the 'money back if you don't claim' is now void because of the initial technician who came, just looked at the stove (exactly what you can see in the pictures), and wrote down a false report that he misheard which caused all the follow up issues.
Terrible customer service, do not ever buy their insurance as the companies involved are scams.

You should avoid this location and all Brick locations. They gave me a ridiculously hard time when I tried redeeming a gift card. They tried to tell me it’s expired and has no balance even after their customer service representative checked the balance for me. I left a deposit while they waited on a reply from headquarters on the balance of my gift card. After two days they got the customer service representative who checked the balance the first time call me and apologize and say she made a mistake and the balance she told me was not correct and it’s her fault. She said headquarters said there is no balance on the gift card. I asked to speak to a manager but the manager refused to come to the phone. So I had to drive down to the store and demand to speak to the manager. After a good ten minutes of arguing I finally convinced the manager to request the transaction history for the gift card from headquarters. I called back the next day to speak to the manager and he said headquarters confirmed that the gift card actually does have a balance and it’s exactly what the customer service representative had told me.
I’m glad I finally spent theBrick gift card because that experience was pretty wild and frustrating.

I am very disappointed and saddened by my experience. I purchased a bedroom table for my children, and in less than two years the top surface started swelling and becoming damaged, even though it was used normally and well cared for.
What upset me even more was the lack of support when we tried to find a solution. My husband contacted the store several times hoping for some assistance, but unfortunately we did not receive any meaningful help. At one point we were told the item was covered under warranty, and at another point we were told it was not, which left us confused and frustrated.
I am not writing this review simply to complain. I am still hoping someone from the company will take the time to review our case and help us find a fair solution. I believe furniture should last much longer than two years, especially when properly maintained. We have similar furniture from another store that has remained in excellent condition.
I genuinely hope the company will reach out and assist us. I expected better product quality and better customer support, and I am very disappointed that this issue has not been resolved.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
