Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service at this location has been extremely disappointing. We paid a large amount upfront for a made-to-order couch, and while we understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication, transparency, and follow-through throughout the process was very frustrating. What was estimated to take 4–6 weeks ended up taking 12 weeks, and we were never given a clear explanation for the delay. More frustratingly, we were repeatedly given incomplete information — information that technically answered the immediate question, but left out important details that would have helped us actually resolve the issue. We often had to ask additional questions or contact the store again to uncover information that should have been provided upfront. We were also told on multiple occasions that someone would follow up or take care of something, only to find that it hadn't happened. Our experience when we went into the store to resolve a refund issue was particularly disappointing. Shortly after the customer service agent called me over to her desk, she became involved in a personal conversation with a coworker who had come over to speak with her, discussing their outfits and another coworker. Meanwhile, I was there trying to resolve an issue with a significant amount of money. When the manager became involved, there was similarly little concern or effort to help resolve the situation. I was told that the information I needed had not been hidden from me, but was offered no meaningful assistance in resolving the issue. The one positive was our salesperson, Kevin, who was helpful and pleasant to deal with. 10/10 We don't expect everything to go perfectly, but clear and complete communication, helpful information, professionalism, and follow-through seem like a fair extraction from a customer service department.

It's been 12 years now. Boy, oh boy!! Did they see me coming .... Had just come into a bit of unexpected money - and my son and I set out to update our living room with some new stylish and comfortable furniture. If I could walk back that day, I WOULD !! Nice-looking leather 3-piece matching set of what turned out to be cheap leather and garbage construction. The sofa, love seat, and chair with tax ran just under $10K. Peanuts, to some people - sure. But, to us, that was a real splurge. The sofa was falling apart within 2 weeks of delivery. The love seat wasn't far behind. It would take time to arrange to have the pieces picked up so they could be repaired. They didn't rush the process. Let's put it that way. Our cat did enjoy her own big leather chair to herself though 🐾 She weighed in at a mere 20 lbs. Within 3 years, the set was curbside garbage. Period. Such a waste of money. Huge disappointment. No quality.

Bought a love seats including 360 warranty. After 2 years our couch had a ripped and they told me the 360 (5years warranty will not gonna work), which is crazy. Called both zucora and Leon’s and they just played pointing fingers.. Avoid this furniture shop at all cost.

A lot of people are quick to post negative reviews, so I’d like to take a moment to share a positive experience. I recently met a sales associate, Pam, at Leon’s, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to sit down with us, explain the bill, and walk us through everything step by step. She was patient, professional, and made sure we understood everything. What really stood out was how kind and respectful she was with my parents. Her customer service was exceptional, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Great job, Leon’s! And a special thank you to Pam for the excellent customer service. She was fantastic!

A rather big and well-stocked furniture and appliance store. The prices and promotions are also attractive. But that's not the problem with this store. We chose a fridge and a range. The delivery date was set. We were given a window. And the merchandise arrived. I opened the door and greeted the mover. His response was like, "Yeah, what else is new." The new range was brought in, of which I had to remove the packaging and plug it in later. The movers were leaving without a word when I asked them about the fridge. "We don't bring it in because the old fridge still has the water line connected. You were supposed to get it disconnected before the new fridge arrives." I'm not a plumber, and we were never told about the disconnection at the store. "If you want a disconnection, you have to call Trans Global Service for it." We were never told at the store that we needed set up TGS (a company that partners with Leon's for such services) for disconnecting and reconnecting the fridge water line. We were at the store the next day, met the Manager after a rather long wait, and when we told him about our predicament, he disappeared without a word to get the concerned sales associate to meet us. We never saw him again. Not a word of apology for the inconvenience caused through their omission of information - it seemed as if we were a thorn on his side. That was followed by trying to schedule a visit by a technician from TGS, and then for Leon's to deliver the new fridge, after which we had to schedule TGS for a reconnection. The disconnection and reconnection cost me $125 and $145 respectively, a job for which the technician was in our house for hardly 5 minutes each time. It would have helped if (1) We were told at the store (they knew very well we were buying a fridge with a water line) that we needed to schedule a third party for disconnecting and reconnecting the water line and (2) Leon's had an in-house arrangement for such matters.
