  I recently purchased furniture and a rug, and I’m genuinely happy with the quality of the items. The materials, finish, and overall looks are exactly what I was expecting, and they fit well in my space. However, my experience with the management was disappointing. The attitude felt rude and dismissive, and there was a noticeable lack of care in how concerns and questions were handled. We did not feel respected when interacting with them, which took away from what should have been an enjoyable buying experience.

  I had a great experience with the customer service at Lyons! Milada Jawed was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was friendly, professional, and really knew her stuff. I’m so happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Lyons to anyone looking for top-notch care!

  I have a wonderful experienced with Rojeen, Milada and Asal buying just one peace furniture from Leon’s at Heron Rd. Very helpful, cheerful and amazing girls! They provide an excellent service! I recommend to ask for them as soon as you step in at Leon’s. Thank you girls!

  I had an issue with returning an item at Leon’s, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out. That’s when I met Asal. From the start, she was very understanding and took the time to listen to my situation. She patiently guided me through the whole process and explained my options clearly. With Asal’s help, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a smooth and positive one. In the end, I was able to return the item and get exactly what I wanted. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help really stood out. Customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Asal!

  Affichage trompeur et refus d'honorer le prix affiché / Misleading Advertising and Refusal to Honor Displayed Price Attention aux pratiques de vente à cette succursale. Le modèle de lit "Starship" est exposé avec des tiroirs de rangement et une étiquette de prix "Spécial" à 999 $ est directement fixée sur le meuble complet. Pourtant, après avoir payé la totalité en magasin, j'ai reçu le lit sans les tiroirs. ​Le magasin refuse de livrer les pièces manquantes ou de reprendre l'article, exigeant 100 $ de plus, alors qu'aucun prix distinct n'est indiqué sur l'étalage. Le gérant admet que l'affichage ne précise pas de coût supplémentaire, mais refuse d'agir. C'est une violation flagrante de la Loi sur la protection du consommateur. J'ai déposé une plainte officielle auprès du Ministère. À éviter pour leur manque de transparence ! ​ Beware of misleading sales practices at this location. The "Starship" bunk bed is displayed with storage drawers, and a "Featured Special" price tag of $999 is physically attached to the complete unit. However, after paying in full, the bed was delivered without the drawers. ​The store refuses to provide the missing parts or accept a return, demanding an extra $100 even though no separate price is listed on the display. Management acknowledged the display is unclear but refuses to rectify the situation. This is a clear violation of the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. I have filed a formal complaint with the Ministry. Avoid this store for their lack of transparency and poor customer service!
