  I went in to purchase a new dryer as mine broke and could not be fixed. I was approached by Pam (employee) who proceeded to tell me which machines were in stock and in my price point. Unfortunately, the machine I ended up buying wasn’t in store for me to see, but I was able to see it online. I went ahead and made the purchase. The machine was delivered to me as scheduled 4 days later. They took away my old and hooked up my new machine. Everything done in just a few minutes. Great service all around. Thank you Leon’s. My rating is 4 stars because they don’t have the display model on site. Otherwise, it’s 5 stars.

  I couldn't be happier with my furniture purchase. The quality of the furniture is excellent, especially considering the price. The balance between cost and quality was outstanding, making it a great value for the investment. The delivery process was very well organized from start to finish. The team was professional, communicated clearly, and arrived exactly on time as scheduled. Everything was handled carefully and set up efficiently. Most importantly, the furniture looks absolutely wonderful in my home. The craftsmanship and appearance exceeded my expectations, and the pieces have completely enhanced the space. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture, fair pricing, and reliable delivery service. A fantastic experience all around!

  I previously ordered a Kendrick couch from Leon’s several months ago and when the matching love seat went on sale I pounced on it right away. The forecasted delivery was several months out which was fine since the new love seat was to replace an older one in need of repair. The product arrived today and within the pre-established timeline as provided to me during a call after the purchase. The couch is exactly as advertised and looks great, is comfy, well made and will last a very long time. All through the process I received updates which provided me with timelines and expectations. The staff was always friendly, took their time to explain the situation, kind and you could tell they were smiling while on the phone. Today, the couch was delivered and that experience was excellent. I used the provided link to track the delivery truck so I knew where it was which is awesome for getting things done without worrying about if and when they would arrive. The delivery guys were friendly, respectful of the house and placed the sofa in the exact spot where it required to go. Thanks Leon’s for a superb experience once again! Looking forward to my next purchase with you!

  Very rude and unprofessional service. They gave me a delivery window between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. By 8:30 a.m., since no one had arrived, I briefly left to drop my wife off at work. At 8:40 a.m., they called and said they would arrive in 5 minutes. I explained that I was already on my way back and asked them to wait 5–10 minutes. When they arrived, they said they had waited only 5 minutes. I told them I was almost there and would reach them within 2 minutes. Instead of showing any understanding, they were extremely rude and said they were leaving. A lady from their office also called, and I politely begged her to wait just 2 more minutes because I was almost at the house. She responded very rudely, saying, “No, we won’t give you even one minute.” I understand that schedules are important, but there should also be some basic customer service and flexibility, especially when a customer is only a couple of minutes away. The way I was treated was disrespectful and disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  We received notification prior to delivery. Leon's arrived promptly, the young men were professional and polite. Some maneuvering was required to fit the furniture through our front door, but all went smoothly and no damage occurred. Delivery service was excellent. We ordered our furniture January 23, 2026 and were told this was a special order and it would take 6-8 weeks. We went into Leon's May 3, 2026 then June 8, 2026 to inquire re delivery as we still had received no communication about our order and delivery date. June 10th, 2026 we received call from the Sales Associate saying delivery would be June 20th. June 19th we received an email saying our delivery was cancelled. Only one of 3 pieces of furniture was available for delivery. June 22nd, 2026 we returned to Leon's and spoke with the manager-Marianne Sabourin-who reviewed our order, shipping and delivery details. She was able to expedite delivery of the other 2 pieces of furniture from another warehouse. Our delivery wait time was 21 weeks. We very much appreciated Marianne's assistance in completing delivery of our furniture, we are very content with our purchase. Better communication is necessary with customers re follow-ups of delayed deliveries. Three follow-ups by a customer should not occur.
