  Great experience dealing with Robyne at Blinds to Go on Hunt Club Road. She explained my various options, showed me some of the blinds on display and provided a lot of detailed information. She was extremely pleasant and treated me as a valued customer. I really appreciated the fact that at no time did they try any pressure tactics. This is my 3rd time in 5 years dealing with Blinds to Go and it just gets better and better. I specifically mentioned Robyne as that is the person I dealt with, but I do want to add that all the staff there were extremely polite and courtious. Highly recommend this store. Once my Blinds are up, I will provide before and after photos.

  I recently had an in-home consultation with Cheena, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Cheena took the time to patiently listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and provide thoughtful, expert advice. She also shared detailed information about the products we were considering, helping me feel informed and confident in my decisions. Her patience, expertise, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It was clear that she truly cared about finding the best solution for my needs. Ariel was equally wonderful. He arrived the following day to take measurements and was both friendly and efficient. The process was seamless, and his professionalism further reinforced the excellent service I had already received. Thanks to Cheena and Ariel, I left feeling confident, valued, and appreciated. Thank you both for your outstanding service! I highly recommend working with them if you're considering Blinds To Go and can't wait for our new window treatments to be delivered and installed!

  When Blinds to Go say they offer a "lifetime guarantee," they mean it. We recently had to have some blinds repaired before moving house and, although the blinds were 25 years old, the company kept their word. We were blown away by this, and by the friendly, fast and knowledgeable service we received from Viola at the West Hunt Club store. We can't recommend them highly enough!
