  Preposterous post-sales service. I have tried for over three weeks to have my shutter frame repaired. Nobody is returning calls, nor is anybody being of any assistance. I will escalate my request until I get help. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau will be of some assistance.

  I'd give 0 if possible. Purchased roller shade for my son's room. It arrived damaged on the corner, won't even roll up all the way and it's shorter than the measurements given for the window. Also the bottom wrap is poor, I can literally sick my fingers in and pull out the weight. The fabric is creased in multiple spots. Just over all poor quality, could have bought a home Depot special for hundreds less and probably same or better quality. Also they raised the price $175 within 2 weeks while we decided. Saying it was for the higher fuel costs...

  I am very satisfied with the service received by Neha the consultant. She was very attentive to our needs and recommended exactly what we wanted. She did not hesitate to suggest different options. She was friendly and professional. The delivery was fast and the installation of our shutters was excellent.

  Ordered some honeycomb blinds to replace the 30 year old venetians we had on all our west facing windows. We used the free shop from home consultation service and Cheena was very helpful in helping us select the right blinds for our needs. Our custom blinds were manufactured to order in less than 3 weeks and scheduling our installation time was very simple with the online tool. The two gentleman who did our installation were efficient and polite. All in all I am very pleased.
