  I only needed a locker for a few months. It was a great experience. Very easy facility to access. Very clean. Would return if I needed another locker.

  My experience with this Access Storage location has been incredible so far! When I arrived for my appointment to get my storage unit, the staff let me know there was an even better promotion available than the one I had originally booked. Even though I had already paid for my first four weeks, they cancelled my original reservation, rebooked me under the better promotion, and processed a full refund for what I had already paid. That level of honesty and customer service really impressed me. The employee also took the time to show me around the facility, explain how to access the building, demonstrate how to properly use my lock, and point out the easiest entrance to reach my unit. When we opened my unit, there was a bit of leftover debris from the previous renter. Without hesitation, they cleaned it up right away and even brought a cart to the door since my car was already packed with items to store. The carts available on-site made unloading incredibly easy and fast, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with how friendly, professional, and helpful the staff are. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for short- or long-term storage. You won't be disappointed!

  Excellent experience. The manager was very polite and took the time to make sure I understood the cost as well as the dates and terms before completing the transaction. It was a seamless and very pleasant experience. Highly recommend if you want to be treated as if your needs matter.
