  Great experience overall! I rented a storage unit here over the summer and had no issues at all. The entire process was simple and hassle-free from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Lorna for all of her help and excellent service over the past few months. Highly recommend!

  Honestly, worst location in Ottawa. I would be very careful. There was a water main next to my unit that exploded in February and flooded my unit. They continued to charge me from February until May without responding to any calls or emails. When I finally got a hold of someone in May, I didn't get any answers and my questions about monthly fees were redirected to the owner. They gave me her number, but she didn't respond to any of my calls or voicemails from May until now, August 31. I had insurance on the unit, they didn't respond to the insurance company with the damages form or photos which also delayed me getting reimbursed until the beginning of August. This experience was absolutely outrageous and extremely unprofessional. I see it as a money grab that they just ignored me for all these months so I could continue paying them my monthly fees while 80% of my items were destroyed. I also had 2 family members who I referred have their units broken into and they said none of their cameras caught the robberies so they weren't able to get reimbursed from insurance either. Their locks were sawed through and one of the staff members told them it almost seemed like an inside job... I have been with them since the beginning of 2021. The current staff and management have shown this place has just gone downhill. This isn't the kind of treatment I would expect for anyone, let alone a client who has been as loyal as I have. I would say stay clear of this place for your own good.
