  Lori at the Orillia Leon's was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered my questions and was patient as I took a few days to decide which sectional to choose. Very friendly service.

  We had a great experience in store shopping and service was excellent from all workers, shout out to Annie for all of her assistance with getting our couch, chair, and full/queen bed frames all set up and organized for delivery! Unfortunately delivery was not as great.. we received delivery on the 18th of August the delivery workers got the bed frames upstairs just fine but stopped and informed my fiancée that the couch would not fit up the stair case and around the banister without attempting to move it.. they informed her there would be a fee to send it back (which I understand if it would have not actually fit.) I had to ask her to tell them to leave it in the garage as I already pre measured the size, I had moved it upstairs no problem with my brother in law..I’m glad she called me during this rather then sending it back as it seems the delivery drivers had not attempted to even measure properly or anything. Also upon opening the full bed frame found a rather crack across the drawer.. we aren’t the type to complain but this was a rather frustrating process is all.

  Picked up our outdoor sectional just now, on my way home. DL (Home Furnishings Expert) was amazing, very helpful and not pushy for a sale. R (warehouse) was welcoming and very pleasant.
