  After having tried several stores in search of a couch, with no luck, we dropped by Leons in Orangeville. Honestly not having high hopes. Life surprised us with Jaden. He was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and was patient with the time it took us to make a decision. Unlike other places, I did not feel pushed or coerced by someone wanting to make a commission. Jaden truly wanted to help us out and did his best to meet our needs. He went far above and beyond my expectations. Every customer service/sales rep should take a page out of his book. Thank you, Jaden.

  Jayden was extremely helpful and friendly. Service was exceptional and we are very pleased with the outcome of our shopping experience today. I would recommend this location above any of the local competitors. Very clean and friendly environment as well.

  The staff at this location are super friendly, professional, and efficient without being pushy at all! I had the pleasure of working directly with Jaden, who was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in guiding me through my purchase decision. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service all around!

  HORRIBLE STORE!!! We purchased a mattress from them. Within 2 weeks the mattress started separating causing the padding underneath to bunch up causing lumps all over. We were told by the manufacturer that this was normal. I think anyone can say that is not normal for a mattress that was fine before this. Leon’s has refused to do anything about it so now we are stuck with a defective lumpy mattress and we are out thousands of dollars. Will NEVER buy a single thing from Leon’s again. They DO NOT protect their customers

  I wish I could give negative reviews. Extremely disappointing experience after spending approximately $4,500 at Leon’s Orangeville on a king bed, two nightstands, king mattress and mattress protector. At purchase, I was specifically encouraged to buy the mattress protector because I was told that without it, I could not return the mattress if I didn’t like it. I paid the extra ~$150 based on that explanation. I was not clearly told that I would later be told the purchase was non-refundable anyway. Delivery was another mess. I received a voicemail Friday from the Brampton warehouse saying my order would arrive “tomorrow” between 2–6 PM. I stayed home Saturday. Nothing arrived. On Monday I was told they actually meant the NEXT Saturday. I still have the voicemail. I was then bounced between Orangeville and Brampton and given different delivery information. Eventually I was assured my complete order would arrive Thursday. It didn’t. One nightstand was missing. The delivery also resulted in damage to my property, which I photographed. When we opened and assembled the furniture over the weekend, hardware/screws required for the bed were missing. After putting the KING mattress on the KING bed, there was also a significant gap and the fit looked completely wrong. I deliberately waited before posting a review because I wanted to give the store an opportunity to resolve this. When I showed the manager the mattress photo, her first reaction was to ask if I had ordered a queen mattress. I asked her to check my receipt: KING bed, KING mattress. I was then told manufacturers vary and gaps can happen. When I said I was unhappy with the purchase and wanted the Leon’s merchandise removed from my home, I was told it was non-refundable and that I should have read the fine print on the back of my receipt. The solution offered was to send a technician to inspect the furniture and submit a report. This was not one isolated mistake: missed delivery, conflicting information, incomplete order, missing hardware, property damage, concerns with the bed/mattress fit, and then the response when I asked for a return. I have retained the receipt, voicemail and photos documenting these issues. For anyone considering a large purchase here: get the complete return/refund policy in writing BEFORE paying. Do not rely only on the sales conversation. I am still asking Leon’s to arrange pickup of the merchandise and address the property damage caused during delivery. Based on my experience, I would not make another large purchase here.
