  We had a pleasant experience buying furniture at Leon’s. Nishat was very helpful in helping us choose the right furniture at the great price with discounts that we couldn’t get anywhere else!! Overall we were very pleased with our purchase!!

  Our sales rep Dylan was great! No sales tactics, didn't try to oversell, just professionalism all the way. Loved this place. Puchased a bedroom set and already have my eye on a new livingroom set...👀

  My mother and I were in and out of this store numerous times, each time the staff was very helpful and patient. Once she finally decided on what to purchase we had it delivered. Unfortunately some bedframe hardware was missed upon delivery. We returned to the Orangeville location for guidance on next steps. They pulled some hardware off of a display, with no such luck as it was wrong sizing. They then sent over the service manager and another employee who then put my mother's bedframe together. Way to go above and beyond! Appreciate the hard work!

  I visited this location on Thursday, June 19th, 2026. When I arrived I was greeted at the desk by two people whose names I wish I had gotten. I was looking for shorter replacement legs for a bed that my in-laws had bought the previous year. The problem with the old legs: they made the bed sit too high and the person sleeping in it was fearful about falling out. My search for shorter legs for that bed had been fruitless so far that day and I was very frustrated, thinking my search was going to end in failure. The dark-haired younger lady and the light haired bearded gentleman were exceptionally helpful and were able to find a set of replacement legs that were adjustable in size. Long story short. The legs fit the bed and we were able to alleviate the fears of falling, which has allowed the person to feel relaxed and sleep well in the bed. What I did not tell the two very kind people at the desk was that the person using that bed has recently had a terminal cancer diagnosis and I simply want them to know that their efforts have given this person just a little more comfort and reassurance in their remaining days. Thank you so much!

  - I wanted a mattress - I found one - Not before several sales personnnel tried to upsell me. - Orangeville can’t deliver to Port Hope they say - But we can transfer to Scarborough who can - Great I say. Or even Peterborough. - Peterborough is a franchise they say. Okay. - Turns out the mattress I’m ready to buy isn’t transferable or deliverable. - it’s a clearance item. - You’re making it hard for me to make a purchase I say. One woman giggles. The other says, ‘I really don’t care.’ I’ll buy from ANYONE but Leon’s now.
