- NGNaniss G5 days ago5.0Curtis Davies the store manager has the best customer service. This is now our fav store in Oakville. My husband went to Rona Oakville to get help with our umbrella’s base as it was loose. Curtis offered to fix it - he was so patient and helpful - he saved us purchasing a new base and he helped for free - setting the best example of post purchase customer service … we recommend Rona Store Oakville ! Thank you so much Curtis 🙏

I must have been approached by at least five employees asking if they were able to give me a hand with something then we were escorted to the back for pickup and I've never seen a more organized yard in my life so clean so well run made it so easy to shop. (The store is better organized (than in the past), with good selections; YET)...what is really impressive about this smaller store; is how large the upper floor; has been transformed into a design center! I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon M.& Meagan; that not only took my information down via tel. conversations & emails; yet really understood the end result; for the project I was planning; after we met. There are a plethora of products to choose from & IF you don't see what you're looking for in the showroom; Sharon & Meagan will do their utmost best, to locate what you desire...(while the store is small on size; you'll find, with Sharon & Meagan's service; it's huge on customer care)! To continue... After Sharon & Meagan prepped the details I was looking for; I was ready to meet with them... They were both extremely welcoming, cheerful, patient (by listening to me at length); yet were also extremely professional. ANNNDDD...They presented very Professional, lovely, inspirational plans & photos of what a finished space would look like; with specs laid out & projected costs too! If you're looking for: a sufficient line of products, very well designed plans & excellent customer care; I highly recommend a visit to this location (& I highly recommend; a meeting with Sharon M. & Meagan).

How do I find a product online?
Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
