  🚨 make sure you read every word of this review. My experience with this company (Access Storage) was deeply disappointing and raised serious concerns regarding its professionalism, transparency, accountability, financial practices, and customer service. What should have been a straightforward storage arrangement became an unnecessarily frustrating and troubling experience. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent, unclear, and poorly coordinated. Information provided by the call centre was frequently contradictory and, in some instances, inaccurate or misleading. This created significant confusion and made resolving even relatively straightforward matters unnecessarily difficult. When these discrepancies were raised, the responses from staff often felt dismissive and lacked meaningful accountability. I was also particularly concerned by the company’s handling of credit-card reservations and pre-authorizations. I was given the understanding that the funds associated with the reservation would be released immediately once the relevant transaction or reservation was resolved. However, in practice, the funds remained tied up for approximately two weeks. This is a significant issue for consumers because it effectively restricts access to their own available credit for an extended period. If a company represents that a credit-card hold or authorization will be released immediately, consumers should reasonably expect that representation to be honoured, or at minimum that they will be clearly informed of the actual timeframe involved. Keeping funds or credit capacity tied up for approximately two weeks after customers have been told otherwise raises legitimate concerns about the company’s financial and cash-management practices and warrants greater transparency. The facility itself was equally disappointing. The premises appeared dirty, rundown, and inadequately maintained, falling well below the standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and professionalism that customers should reasonably expect from a reputable storage company. Overall, the experience was exceptionally frustrating. The combination of inconsistent communication, contradictory information, poor customer-service responses, questionable handling of credit-card reservations, prolonged retention of available credit, and inadequate facility standards left me with serious concerns about the way this company operates. 🚨Consumer Warning Prospective customers should exercise considerable caution and conduct their own due diligence before entering into an agreement with this company. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend: * Review all terms carefully. * Obtain important representations in writing. * Ask specifically about credit-card holds. * Maintain complete records. * Inspect the facility personally. * Verify important information independently. Unfortunately, my experience with Access Storage fell significantly short of those basic expectations. * Consumers should be aware that a representation that a credit-card reservation hold will be released immediately should not necessarily be assumed to mean that the available credit will actually be restored immediately.

  Guido and his team are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. If you’re in the area there’s no need to look any further for a storage facility. It’s clean, well kept, secure. And the staff is amazing!

  This location is peculiar and buyer beware. We rented a unit for a one year contract. The first problem we encountered is their billing cycle. Instead of billing every 30 days on the same date every month, they charge every 3 weeks???? Second issue with billing is that the amount is increasing within the the 12 month contract. (First Name is Yvonne, same last name) Week have called 3 times and gone in person to make a formal complaint.
