  Great service at access storage! The process to find the right locker for my needs was seamless. Mehak walked through everything with me during the tour and I was able to get a locker same day for a reasonable price with their current deal.

  I rented A large storage unit from Access Storage I went to the office at 1195 North Service Rd. and dealt with manager Christopher Nannan who was very professional and friendly, Knowledgeable and I would recommend using them in the future to anybody who is interested in finding a storage unit

  I was helped by Mehak to rent a 5x10 storage unit and she was super helpful and very friendly. She made the experience so enjoyable and went above expectations to help me rent the unit. There were no 5x10 units available in the system but she told me someone was scheduled to move out sooo and that she would check if they moved out early. When she checked, they had moved out and I was able to rent the unit as desired instead of taking my business elsewhere to a competitor. She helped to make a new sale and retain a customer as I would definitely like to continue renting as a customer in the future due to this excellent service I received. Thanks Mehek, you're amazing!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A big thank you to Sonia at SmartStop Storage! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to show us several different unit options. She answered all of our questions and made the process easy and stress-free. Although we didn’t end up renting a unit there, we really appreciated her outstanding customer service and wanted to thank her for all her help. Highly recommend working with Sonia!

  Mehak Was wonderful. So personable. Very helpful. She took away all my stress and worries. She was patient with me. Her suggestion to walk in and look at units was very timely. I needed to move in 24 hours and everything was signed and set up right away. As a note, she gave me very useful tips on how to move and get organized effectively which was really needed as this was the first time going through this process. She explained pricing, walked me through the units and the different options, and we discussed my needs now and even thinking what things would look like after a few months. The location is clean, very accessible from The highway is close by. The turn to enter is abit tricky but slow down and youll see the drive way. If there are any recognitions for staff, Mehak deserves recognition. Her customer service is top notch. I didnt even bother looking else where, from her first call to me meeting her in person I was at ease. Thank you. Ill be referring to other friends and family!
