    Bought a couch here and after over a year of using it, my neck hurts sitting on it, the electric recliner on one side of the couch stopped working within 3 months. The cushions were made with cheap quality. Not worth the price tag, I would avoid this place if ur gonna get a couch.

    "We bought a large reclining sectional with a built-in console and cup holders for our living room. The cloud-like comfort of the deep seats makes it perfect for family movie nights. The delivery was on time. Raj assisted us smoothly and he did everything what he said, the time and the delivery date for our convenience."

    Meena was absolutely amazing! After experiencing a very pushy sales approach at another Bricks location, it was refreshing to have someone who genuinely listened to our needs and never pressured us into buying anything. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Meena!

    I acquired a washer less than a year ago, and it has since presented numerous operational issues. I have been in communication with both the manufacturer and the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Unfortunately, I have encountered a lack of assistance, with both parties consistently providing evasive responses and requesting excessive documentation prior to authorizing repairs. This has been an exceptionally unsatisfactory experience, and I would strongly advise against procuring any products from this organization due to their deceptive business practices.

    Sales process = good Product = good Delivery = sketchy I record every delivery worker who comes into our home because I've had bad experiences with workers damaging property in the past. Halfway through the delivery, The Brick's delivery workers realized I was recording and got angry with me. They said they could not continue the delivery if I didn't stop recording. When I told them that I record everyone, they also threatened to remove the pieces of furniture that they're already put in the house. When I asked why, they lied to me that it was The Brick company policy to not allow recordings. I didn't believe them so I asked to speak with their manager. They made a phone call and spent 10 minutes arguing with someone, then (grudgingly) told me they would continue with the delivery. Weird interaction. Having them threaten to remove the furniture they'd already delivered and then lying to me about company policy made the whole thing feel shady. It was difficult to trust them after that, and it's unpleasant to have people you don't trust in your home.
