Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Almost five months ago, I purchased nearly $10,000 worth of furniture, including some of their most expensive products, for my parents.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the bed frame, so I requested a replacement. When the technician came to replace it, he accidentally took the screws needed to assemble the bed.
Since then, I’ve called customer service more than 20 times, and almost five months later, I still haven’t received four replacement screws. Even more disappointing, not a single person has contacted me to provide an update or follow up during this entire time.
Every time I call, I’m told that someone will follow up with me or that the issue will be escalated—but no one ever calls back, and nothing gets resolved.
I find it unbelievable that a company of this size cannot provide four simple screws after nearly five months. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer care has been extremely frustrating.
I’m 100% disappointed with this experience and would never expect this level of service after spending so much money. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing furniture from The Brick. I bought a sectional sofa and an office desk, and both arrived with defects.
The sectional had a damaged USB storage console and a noticeable gap between the sections when extended. The office desk also had chipped parts, which the assembly technician pointed out during installation. Receiving multiple damaged products in a single order is simply unacceptable.
The quality control and inspection process clearly needs improvement. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected brand-new furniture to arrive in perfect condition, not with multiple defects. The experience has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from The Brick again. I hope the company takes responsibility for these issues and improves its product quality and customer service.

I had a great experience at Brick ( 4250 Dufferin st) thanks to Jalal and Arjun. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided excellent recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I needed.
Their knowledge, patience, and outstanding customer service made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It's clear that they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend asking for Jalal and Arjun if you visit Brick, they truly go above and beyond!

I first visited this store in November 2025 while preparing for my move to Oakville and was exploring furniture options across several Brick/Brick Mattress stores in both Mississauga and Oakville. During that visit, I met Monika, who took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions.
Five months later, in April 2026, I returned ready to make my purchase. What impressed me most was that Monika greeted me as if no time had passed—she remembered me and even remembered the specific items I had been interested in months earlier. That level of attention and customer care is rare these days.
Since I had already done my research, my 2nd visit was quick and efficient. Monika helped finalize everything, answered my remaining questions, and worked with her manager to ensure we arrived at a fair deal. I appreciated that the store was open to reasonable negotiation.
After visiting multiple furniture stores throughout my search, I ultimately chose to place my order here because of the outstanding service I received. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product.
