    Ordered a bed frame at the beginning of September. Was told delivery would be mid-end of September. No delivery yet as of October 9th.. called today and was told maybe January. MAYBE. Terrible customer service.

    I purchased a recliner last year and was very satisfied with it. Since I needed a sofa I returned to Leons this week and just my luck I found the matching recliner sofa. Once again, Riley was my salesperson very helpful. I got a great deal along with free delivery by two friendly good guys. Very happy with my purchase!

    Terrible customer service. Purchased a lazy boy in June 2026 and now in september 2026, the chair is completly finished, tilting on the one side, material is shredding. Called to see if they would help us out and the response was its normal to do that. Do not waste your money on purchasing their warranty nor their product as they dont back it up

    If I could give 10 stars I would! My experience yesterday with Mark was nothing but exceptional! Mark took the time to help my daughter and I find a bed that would be suitable for her. We spend maybe 10 minutes there the first time we went in as my daughter was all over the place. We ended up coming back an hour later with Grandma so I could take a better look at the option Mark had showed me. Mark was so understanding and made conversation with my daughter who has special needs. He went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure she was comfortable in the store! He also gave her a cute little lion which she absolutely loves! We also purchased a bed set and was able to pick up same day! I cannot say thank you enough to Mark for the kindness and compassion he expressed to my daughter, mom and myself during our visit! That means the world to us! Thank you!
