  I was quoted a total move-in cost at my inquiry, as per stated on website, and given a 72 hr hold on the cost/storage unit to make final commitment. When I did confirm less than the 72 hrs later, the pricing increased. A lock fee was not incl in original move-in quote. Mistakes happen. Access instructions are pretty clear; the grounds seem well secured in the heated unit area; it is clean and free of any hall obstacles, as was the unit itself. There are flat bed dollies available for your convenience that were most welcomed. Would definately recommend this facility for you storage needs.
