  From purchase to delivery, it was a very positive experience. We changed our delivery date, it was not problem. The sales associate (Alan) explained everything well and made it easy. The delivery team were friendly, respectful and caring. Super job guys! What we loved is they now have a tracking system so you can have a sense of when exactly your expected delivery will arrive! We were given the usual 4 hour window and a link to see how many orders were a head of us. That was a big plus in our books!

  Saturday July 4 we were enjoying our pool in the backyard when we heard the backing up of a truck on the road. As we peaked around we could see wires on a post shaking vigorously, and when I ran to the front, a large wire landed on our driveway from our house. Luckily, on the video we captured a Leon’s truck that was being guided out out of the cul-de-sac by one of their own employees but still managed to hit the wire and snapping it off. obviously the driver took the wrong turn onto a dead end street which happens often. We called Leon’s spoke to the warehouse supervisor a couple of times since and his response was contact the service that was knocked down. The service not that was snapped off told us we needed to pay a service fee for having them come out. Why are we out-of-pocket ? People beware of delivery trucks because they do not take the responsibility when they knock down wires in the roadway they leave it totally up to the homeowner to figure out. check out the video it shows exactly what happened.

  Just want to say our experience from start to finish was 10/10. Brian our salesman was super fantastic. He left us alone and didn't pressure us at all. The guys that delivered the couches were also 10/10 they carefully brought in the sofa and love seat like as if it was theirs. Put it all together and cleaned up the mess. Not much of a mess to be honest. Super friendly! Keep these two guys they are exceptional! We are very happy with our purchase. Matt and Debbie Doucette

  Today Nolan & Payton delivered my New Couch, Love seat & Chair. Both guys took the time to survey the best route to bring in my furniture and not a single wall was touched or scratched. They both took their shoes off a big plus from my Wife lol. I asked the boys a favor to help me bring the old couch down to the basement and with out hesitation they were happy to help me. With that big help I was happy to give them a tip to start the day and lunch was on me today.. Thank you again Leon's Staff and Drivers for the best service. Cheers

  My sister resides in Niagara Falls and my wife and I are visiting from Alberta. She needed a new love seat, we found one on Leon's website. My wife and niece went to the Leon's by Niagara-on-the-lake, found the unit, and purchased it with the fabric treatment. Scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, the 25th between 8:30 - 12:30. We were able to track the delivery via the link, arrived around noon. The two delivery guys were very personable, unpacked the unit outside, and placed it inside the house where requested. Very professional, removed their shoes inside the house, assembled the legs on the unit.
