  I am not happy with the customer service in the store , i ordered bed , dresser with mirror and a night table . They asked when i want the delivery , i gave a date and they said i will get everything on the same day but when i get the delivery i didn’t get the mirror for the dresser . I called them no one answered and it takes me to the voicemail, left a message and get a call back after 2 days and said that i will get mirror after 3 days . After three days i get the mirror but didn’t received the wooden rods to which helps to hold dresser and mirror together . I again called them but no one answered again it put me to the voicemail. I left a voicemail and also send email regarding the missing rods but didn’t get any reply back for 2 days . Then they called me and said that if i can come to the store to pick up the wooden rods . I went to the store and picked the rods and talked with one of the sales representative but he hasn’t taken my conversation seriously . Worst customer service i have ever seen from any store .

  The delivery came within the stated timeframe and the delivery men worked quickly and efficiently unfortunately just as they were leaving we noticed some issues with the sofa but customer service department is having a technician call us so he can setup a time to look at the sofa and see what can be done hopefully he will be able to resolve the issues

  The delivery of the washer and dryer today was excellent. Nolan and Kyle were very pleasant and great to work with. They should be commended for their caring and pleasant personalities. The only reason I didn’t give you a five out of five was the difficulty we had in ordering the machines. We were having difficulty ordering online and called the store numerous times for help. It took more than four hours and many phone calls to get someone to help us. We will for sure use Leons again however, I would suggest that you have someone responsible for taking and answering phone calls a little more quickly. Thanks for the chance to give feedback.   My wife and I initially went in to look at a bed. Unfortunate for Leon's, fortunate for us. We ended up purchasing elsewhere cuz it better accommodated our individual needs. We then had our eyes set on couch set and when it was the customer appreciation event we went back in met with the same gentleman that assisted us with the mattresses and bought three couches. Love the couches, we went everywhere to find what we wanted and Leon's had what we wanted. We even opted for the L2 360 furniture protection. That totally covers everything for 5 years. Delivery was exactly as explained and went off without a hitch. Shout out to Denil for his help twice.

  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my recent purchase at this location. The customer support is always 10/10. This time I dealt with Karen and she was incredible. Unfortunately the first couch my husband and I purchased did not fit so we had to return it at no cost. Thankfully the second couch fit and both times the delivery guys were terrific. This wasn't my only great experience at this location as I am a repeat customer. I know when I make a purchase at this location I'm going to get an excellent product and customer service that goes above and beyond!!!!
