  The delivery men were very helpful, they took my old bed frame out to the road for me. Asked how I liked the frame and when I mentioned needing a stool he quickly turned the frame over again and removed a 4 inch piece off each leg. Now the bed is the perfect height for me.

  Bullshit store.... Last February I bought a couch set but it did not feel as comfortable as the one I sat on at the store... Less than 24 hours after my set got delivered, I went to the store and was told that they wouldn't take it back unless it was approved by the store manager and then they would take it back at 50% the price I paid.... Even the sales person wouldn't reply to my email..... Oh, and when the delivery guys delivered it to my place, they were dragging the new couches on the floor. WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN EVEN IF IT IS THE ONLY ATORE ON EARTH.

  We bought our first set of appliances at Leon's in 1987 and have bought all of our furniture and appliances there since. There Customer service is great I just had a fridge delivered and the two young men were friendly they were very careful and they even offered to help put my door back on. We are Customers for life !!!

  I can’t say enough about the great experience I had with Leon’s! From ordering what I wanted on line to tracking the delivery it was smooth and easy. I’ve ordered before from Leon’s and will certainly continue for more. Thank you for the smooth delivery and set up. I love my purchase and it looks great in my new apartment!

Be educated on the return policy/ no refund policy and health issues. There are other stores with a more respectable and honest return policy and health standards. JYSK. All furniture, tables, chairs, couches, bed frames etc have a 60 DAY REFUND POLICY. No questions asked. There products also have minimum to no off gassing. Often great sales on entire store. HOMESENSE All furniture, tables, chairs, couches, ottomans and more have a 30 DAY REFUND POLICY No questions asked. Myself and others have experienced no off gassing from thier furniture. Great styles for a fraction of the cost!! Delivery available for small fee if needed. HOME DEPOT has limited refund on appliances but has a free delivery and haul away insentive. Most floor models have a 90 DAY REFUND POLICY . COSTCO has a 90 DAY REFUND POLICY on appliances with some options to be picked up free by delivery. And they offer FULL refund on couches anytime no time frame!! They won't keep your money or trap you into a "store credit " THIS WAY YOU AS A CUSTOMER CAN HAVE A SAY ON YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS AND FEEL MOTIVATED TO BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER BEACUSE YOU FEEL RESPECTED. NO BELITTLING AND NO EXCUSES ON STEALING YOUR MONEY WHILE HIDING BEHIND " STORE POLICY" Leon's will also send a payed technician if you have a complaint and its left up to thier discretion to validate your complaint or concern. There word against yours. Leons has very strong off gassing furniture that cause severe health affects on your health, especially young children and pregnant woman.
