  Great Store, Amazing Staff I would like to give much praise to Sandra Osborn. I met Sandra when we moved into our house in Crystal Beach. After Sanda and I met and got talking she told me about her job at JYSK. I told Sandra it has been years since the last time I visited JYSK, Sandra suggested for me to come in and look around. I am so happy I did, a good portion of my new backyard is JYSK products. I told Sandra that your selection and quality has made leaps and bounds since years ago. JYSK is my new favorite store. Store expereience with Sandra, Wendy, Chris and Kelly your store manager have all been wonderful to me the numerous times I have gone in. (SEVERAL TIMES SINCE MEETING SANDRA AND ALL OF YOUR STORE STAFF)I have purchased 2 Edderup chairs, 2 Halvrebene chairs, 2 Avalon Chaise chairs, 3 Randerup tables and ... 16 and more yet to buy of the Jaktfalk solar path lights. I am now a loyal customer thanks to a good new neighbor and friend Sandra, as well as the rest of the staff whom all have gone out of there way to help and always with a laugh and smile. JYSK is lucky to have such amazing employees- its always so nice to see someone enjoy their job. The very last special mention is to Wendy, Wendy personally delivered a cushion to my door after her shift as I had dropped it when loading my car. Sandra was off that day and texted me that Wendy contacted her to let her know I dropped the cushion. I have been doing many renos and at times am very stressed, my stress relieve is going to the best JYSK in Niagara falls- that is only thanks to all of your staff at this location, they are all first class in my books and recommend this store to anyone. Please reward and recognize these employees, they really have impressed in me, my new away from home happiness and retail therapy. Much love to all of you, you made my dark days shine. Xo Jon

  This is our third time visiting the store to purchase mattresses.Chris did help us. He went above and beyond. He sold us the mattress protectors warranty twice.The staff are helpful and the store is very clean and organized. We will come and shop again. Great customer service.
