She called the store and had them hold the extra items for us. She was such a pleasure to work with! The world needs more people like her that work in retail!!!
- AMA MApr 29, 20265.0I had a great experience with JYSK and wanted to share. After unpackaging a shelving unit at home, I realized one of the shelves had an 8-inch chunk missing—it was clearly damaged before being packaged. I called the store, and they told me to come in right away and they’d take care of it. When I arrived, Chris went above and beyond. Even though he was busy, he actually took apart part of the display to get me a replacement shelf on the spot. That level of effort really stood out. I also want to mention Wendy and the rest of the team—every time I’ve been in, the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. It’s rare to see that level of customer service so consistently. The customer service here is phenomenal, and the prices are great too. Highly recommend this location. Thanks again, Chris, for going the extra mile!
