- MCmike cooperMay 9, 20261.0They delivered a tv to us yesterday said it was brand new in the box they said they took it out of the box in the back of there truck funny my mother in law was on the street behind them they definitely did not unbox it they unstrapped the unboxed 86 inch tv and carried it in the house in I’m assuming during the transport with no box they damaged the tv (we did not see the damage until I put it on the wall mount and turned it on ) now they won’t fix the issue because it was was wall mounted dumb I know I would suggest to every one if it does not come in a sealed box send it back oh and this “new” tv came covered in dust and manufacturing label is falling off

She's the only one I like to deal with. I don't usually like the other members of the team they need to be more respectful on the phone but Ashley the general manager is my favourite and has helped me in dire times when I couldn't make payments.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
