- RAROOHOLLAH ABDOLLAHIAug 19, 20261.0If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would Extremely disappointing experience with The Brick and Flexiti. The salespeople are very welcoming when you enter the store, but in my experience, the service changes completely after the sale. Be very careful before spending your money here. I was offered what sounded like 0% financing through Flexiti, but the regular interest rate can be around 32%–35% when promotional conditions are not met. Make sure you understand every term and additional charge before signing anything. My couch also arrived with a broken piece in the middle console. I reported it and asked for the damaged piece to be replaced. Instead, I was offered a small reimbursement. When I requested a proper replacement, I experienced resistance. What disappointed me most was the response from the store manager. Instead of focusing on resolving the customer's problem, I felt the manager was more focused on defending the company's position than providing customer service and finding a reasonable solution. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality and customer service. My advice: read the financing agreement carefully, ask about every additional charge, inspect your furniture upon delivery, and compare other retailers before buying.
- BABahareh AraniAug 16, 20261.0We bought a couch from The Brick in Newmarket expecting it to last for years. Unfortunately, after only three months of normal use, the seat cushions sagged badly. When we sit on the couch, we literally sink into it, which is completely unacceptable for a relatively expensive piece of furniture. What was even more disappointing was the customer service. We were told that the warranty does not cover the cushions. We even offered to pay for replacement cushions, but after waiting a week, we were simply told that they don’t even sell replacement cushions. But what upset us even more was the complete lack of customer service. No apologies, no effort to find a solution. For a company with such a long history in Canada, it is very disappointing to see such poor product quality and such little willingness to help customers. We expected much better from The Brick.

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
