It arrived in good condition, but it arrived dirty, it is a little disappointing since it makes me think that they are not careful when packing, it is a light-tone piece of furniture and you can see that it is quite dirty!

Our fridge bit the dust, and they were able to deliver a new one in 2 days! we checked many other places beforehand and could only offer delivery in 5 days or more.Very reasonably priced as well! Our delivery team was amazing, they had to navigate a flight of 12 stairs with the new fridge, and take away the old fridge, all done in 5 minutes! Very happy with everything!

Outstanding experience with The Brick!
From the very beginning, everything went smoothly. My dining set was delivered on time, exactly as scheduled, and it looks absolutely beautiful. Since it was a significant investment, I was pleased to see that the quality matched my expectations.
After delivery, I noticed a very small imperfection on the tabletop, most likely caused during manufacturing or transportation. I contacted customer service, and they made the entire process incredibly easy. They listened, responded promptly, and approved a replacement tabletop without any unnecessary complications.
In the meantime, my family and I are already enjoying our gorgeous dining set that we purchased during their June Black Friday sale, and we’re looking forward to receiving the replacement top soon.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only delivers on time but also stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. Thank you, The Brick, for the excellent service!

My wife and I thought we had found the right solution to finish our home furnishing. But, unfortunately we ordered from The Brick. Between the sleazy sales tactic of the salesperson adjusting the sticker price of the couch, from time we stepped out to talk privately about our purchase to our return, to try to make it look like they were giving us a better deal and the disrespectful and incompetent delivery people who were rude and made my wife feel uncomfortable during delivery. This was by far the worst establishment I have ever purchased furniture from. We were also promised delivery and assembly with no cost as per the deal we signed. When it came time to deliver they said they will drop it off on the driveway and it will cost us an extra $99 to bring it inside. When we called and complained they said they would give us back $99 if we sign a damage waiver assuming all responsibility and no refund/returns for something they promised to us at time of purchase and still refused to deliver beyond the driveway. This company makes no attempt assist and make things right and I warn all buyers to avoid this business at all cost.

Delivery times and dates mean nothing. Only objective is to make the customer wait longer. Warranty is an absolute joke. This is a business that cannot be trusted as their word means nothing. Do not shop here - the risk of a faulty product, false statements, and reliability is simply not worth it. I was a long time customer but will never spend another dollar here as there is no sense of customer loyalty or standing behind their word or deadlines. Terrible.
See your response. I spoke to store management who were rude and dismissive. They have my money so they don't care. Now I'm supposed to believe a magical email to your response will fix the problem? Here is the solution: send me a new recliner in the next 72 hours. So simple. 180 days for a replacement part? That's your warranty?

On Wednesday June 10 and Friday June 19 I was advised my case needed the "support of a management team member". Here we are on June 25th....no communication from a management team member. Absolute joke of an organization. I have the emails. I have the promises. They just take your money and vanish.
DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING FROM THIS SHADY CORPORATON.
Oh yet another update....
After a "chat" with their bot/person I am advised it will take ANOTHER 24 to 48 hours to contact me regarding my warranty claim. Please bear in mind - the part was supposed to arrive on May 8. It is now June 25. Still no resolution. Not even a phone call. I was advised by the person responding via chat that I am "free to respond however you wish".
They literally do not care once they have your money. Do not shop here under any circumstances. Even if it is a few dollars more, try another retailer as they will hopefully honour timelines and warranty commitments. This location has very clearly demonstrated that quality and keeping your word means absolutely nothing. Again - promise of parts on May 8 - currently June 25 and still no repair on a warranty that a "warranty protection" was paid for. Absolute joke of a retailer. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
June 25 add-on: this is what a warranty claim looks like. They avoid you, no communication, and you are expected to deal with a faulty product until The Brick decides it is time to fix it. I would take full product replacement or full refund at this point to simply be done with the nonsense. The Brick claims "customer service". Oh, and the replacement option has been offered but they will not agree to it. So much easier to make a customer unhappy. More updates to follow as it is simply impossible that a replacement recliner or replacement part is available on the May 8th date that was communicated to the customer. Read that again - May 8th was the verbal commitment from the store. It is June 25th and I still have a defective product. Why would you ever pay for that kind of terrible commitment?
June 25 - Phone call from Store Management. Want a Regional Manager or Director as the store cannot keep it's word. Not possible. Quote from chat agent: "there are multiple orders linked to the phone number". This is how they treat LOYAL customers. AWFUL. The missed deadlines and promises are beyond a store manager level - and still nothing. No one between CEO and store manager apparently. Just got my new fridge from Rona+ at Yonge and Green Lane.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
