- PKPeggy Kennedy5 days ago5.0I want to say a very big thank you to Aslan Fazel for the exceptional service he provided when I recently visited the store to purchase a mattress. He took me around the store and helped me explore a great selection of mattresses to choose from. He made several thoughtful suggestions that were very helpful in making my decision. While I was there, I mentioned that I might also be looking for a sofa for my living room. Aslan took the time to show me some options and then gave me the space to browse on my own. There was absolutely no pressure, which I really appreciated. I took about a week to consider the sofa purchase, and during that time Aslan kept in touch to let me know when the prices had dropped. That was incredibly considerate, and I truly felt that he had my best interests in mind. He made the entire shopping experience so enjoyable that I ended up purchasing a few extra items as well, including a mirror and a mattress pad. Aslan is very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Overall, it was an excellent experience. When the delivery was made, the gentlemen who brought in the furniture were also professional and courteous. The delivery process was smooth and well organized. I especially appreciated the online tracking system, which kept us informed about the timing, and the delivery team even called ahead to let us know they were on the way. It was fantastic service all around. I’m very happy with everything I purchased from The Brick. I’m pleased with the quality of the sofa, extremely grateful for the outstanding service Aslan provided, and very impressed with how smoothly the delivery went. A great experience!

Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful and got us a great deal. Delivery service was also excellent. The guys called to tell us when they were arriving, used booties to avoid soiling our carpets, installed the new merchandise and took the old stuff away. Very pleasant

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
