  The entire experience from purchasing the washer and dryer to the delivery was absolutely fantastic. The Sales Person, Jacqueline, was amazing. I can’t say enough about the two men that delivered the appliances. They were unbelievable, so friendly, helpful. They took all my worries away about removing the old appliances, bringing in the new ones and setting them both up. 100% please and highly recommend Leon’s.

  We were left alone to shop and talk and make our decision and then Adel was right then when we needed. Deal done and put the door in about ten minutes. Nice and quick and easy. Then for delivery the guys showed up about 15 mins after getting the text reminder, which was awesome since it was early meaning we didn’t have to wait around all day. 14 minutes later our couch was set up, recliners confirmed functioning, and they were gone. Super happy with the entire experience. Thank.

  I would like to give a special thank you to today’s Leon’s delivery and assembly team. You did an amazing job! 😊You were incredibly polite, friendly, and pleasant. You worked quickly and carefully, paying great attention to everything around you. The furniture was handled with care, everything was assembled perfectly, and you left everything clean and tidy afterward. What impressed me most, though, was your attitude — positive, respectful, always smiling, and with such wonderful energy. It was genuinely nice to see people who don’t simply do their job, but truly make an effort to provide the best possible experience for the customer. Thank you for your hard work and wonderful attitude! I wish you all the best and hope your excellent work is always recognized and appreciated. Definitely five stars for each of you! 🙂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The refrigerator is fine . exactly as expected . delivery was great ,we were able to track it and knew exactly when it was coming. The only glitch was that the door hinge was to be on the left side and somehow this got missed. Notice to place it on the left was included and a 30.00 charge was noted on the agreement.

  Sales....Aida was very friendly & knowledgeable Delivery guys....friendly, respectful of my home & my purchases Only upset was when I exchanged my orig fridge, Customer service didn't contact me til 3hrs before closing (on a Friday) to advise my delivery Sat would not happen til I pay. I advised it was straight exchange, was not told if add'l payment & moreso, why wait til last minute to tell me, when they sent email earlier in day confirming Sat delivery with arrival time range & now calling during rush hr traffic drive when I cannot give payment. I had to turn around, attend store to pay then continue north for prior engagement
