  Fatemeh, at the Newmarket location, was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the mattresses available in the store. When we first went in, we were just browsing and there was no pressure to purchase anything at that time. Fatemeh offered her business card so we could contact her if we had questions. We returned the following week and met Fatemeh and made our purchase of a Kingstown mattress and box spring. Delivery was seamless. We received a delivery window of 8:30-11:30 and the truck was at our home by 9:15. Gentlemen delivering the mattress were polite, friendly, removed or covered their boots and had everything set up in a matter of minutes. As requested they moved our old mattress outside so our local waste collection can take it away. All in all, sale and delivery was fantastic! Thank you 😊

  I had a great experience with Ersa! I bought both a mattress and a sofa from her, and I’m really happy with both. She took the time to explain all the options clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her advice really helped me choose what was right for me. I definitely recommend working with her if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful.

  Leons as a company is great. The prices are affordable, the quality of product is good. Its where we purchase all our stuff. The sales staff, except for one employee, could use some training on how to approach people and not judge a book by its cover, as we get walked right past a lot of the times with not even a hello. The only reason I am giving a 5 star is because of Amir. He treats every customer equally and is always smiling. He approaches you, says hello and quite honestly he's the only one whos always with customers because he makes a huge effort and is very approachable. He remembers his customers and greets with "welcome back". He has been so helpful and such a pleasure to do business with that we only make purchases when he is there. If he's with a customer we patiently wait for him to finish, to ask any of our questions, or make purchases because he is that great. (Apparently 2 Amirs worked here, but dont be confused, his effort and quality of customer service will make him stand out and easy to find)

  I had a lovely associate work with me to find a couch that I loved. It was discontinued and the floor model was the only option left. I was offered a discount because it was a floor model. The sales agent upsells me in a warranty. Later I come to find the warranty was not as it seems. They say you get a store credit of it back if you do not use it. However what was not told was I needed to use it within 90 days and a minimum of $400 spend was required. Which means I’d have to pay an additional $100 to use this benefit. I emailed and they agreed to refund the warranty BUT they will no longer give me the floor model discount. I was offered this discount BEFORE I ever considered buying the warranty. This store had no honour and scammed me out of $300 bucks. I sent customer service and email and this has yet to be resolved.

  My parents have been loyal Leon's customers for many years, and after recently purchasing my first home, I chose Leon's when shopping for a new couch because of that positive family history. When I visited the store, I provided all of my measurements and worked with your sales team to select a couch. I was assured that the couch would fit my space. However, when the couch was delivered on May 18, the delivery team was unable to get it into my home because it did not fit with the ceiling height. At no point during the sales process was this possibility raised by your staff. As a result, I had to return to the store and select a different couch. The replacement couch was delivered on May 21, only for us to discover that it was defective. The reclining mechanism made a strange noise and was clearly not functioning properly. The very next day, I returned to the store within the three-day reporting window and even showed a video of the issue to a manager. I was told that a technician would need to inspect the couch. We then had to wait until June 6 for a technician appointment. After taking time out of our day to wait for the technician, he simply confirmed what was already obvious—that the motor was defective—and informed us that a replacement part would need to be ordered. Today is June 21, and the only update I have received is a phone call stating that the part has been ordered. There has been no repair, no replacement, and no timeline for resolution. This entire situation is unacceptable. Leon's delivered a defective couch, and nearly five weeks later I am still waiting for a resolution. During this process, I have: - Taken time off work for deliveries - Spent an entire Saturday waiting for a technician appointment. - Made multiple trips to the store - Been left with a broken couch in my new home for almost five weeks. I chose Leon's because of its reputation and my family's long history of shopping with your company. Unfortunately, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
