  I came here today to treat myself to a philodendron white knight that Id been eyeing since the fall. I was so disappointed to see most of their indoor plants being heavily damaged and/or dried out, including their Costa selection (in self watering pots) and their cacti. I know that a hot greenhouse can be a lot to manage for a big retailer where employees dont always have the training to care for plants but this was just sad to see.

  Great store with very helpful staff. We wanted patio furniture and they had a great selection setup on display. They offer delivery and assembly. Cindy was terrific arranging all the details.

  Its Wednesday April 15 1320 pm I on wheel chair my brother go up to guy on lift in middle of store ask where the cash is he rode says I dont work here and waves us away he was on a lift with construction guy below him who did tell us but guy on lift is so rude I have orange shoes and orange sweater on parked white suv in handicap got in wheel chair I am easy to spot for manager to see this happen he like I dont work here and waved us away literally this guy might not be your employee but your compant did hire his to do work and he acts like this

  Ordered a bunch of products online to be delivered, including a bag of cement, the bag had a hole in it and both sides were hard as a rock, i had to clean my porch stairs as there was cement on them. I called the customer service and was told a new bag would be sent. The same day a delivery driver arrived with a bottle of concrete colouring, not the product i had an issue with, he gave me the bottle and was insisting to take a picture of it in my hands, i refused to take the bottle as it was the wrong product. I asked him to come into the house to look at the bag of cement, he called his supervisor who i heard asked him to take a picture of the bag, he proceeded to flip the bag over to take a picture, spilling concrete into my house and left without taking the bag, i kept my cool but wasn’t to happy. The next day i was told all the cement they had was in the same state and was not good, i was given the choice to wait for a new order or a refund, i chose the refund, to my surprise they refunded the cement colouring, the wrong product, even though their employee took actual pictures of the product (30$ instead of 66$ for the bag). I called the store where i was told i had to bring the bag of cement to the store to get the proper refund, i said i ordered because I didn’t have a proper vehicle to get the products myself (80$ delivery fees) now i am forced to bring a broken bag of concrete, in my vehicle, which i am obviously not going to do, i had enough of cleaning my stairs and my table without having to clean my car also, so essentially, they stole about 40$ from me and made me clean stuff. Never had that kind of issue anywhere else before. I filed a dispute with my bank and will fill a complaint to l’office de protection du consommateur.
