  I chose Access Storage (Nepean - Bongard) after seeing their impressive 4.9-star rating, and they absolutely live up to their reputation! Not only are their prices highly competitive, but their promotions are unbeatable. We caught their June promotion (75% off for the first 8 weeks or 50% off for the first 12 weeks), which made it incredibly affordable. We rented a 10x15 storage unit for four months, and the total cost came out to less than $900 including tax! On top of that, they have a great referral program where you can get up to a $100 reward for referring a friend. Despite the low prices, their customer service is top-notch and completely uncompromised. The Store Manager, Delaine Sousa, was exceptionally professional and welcoming. Her warm and genuinely caring attitude truly touched us and made the entire process seamless. If you are looking for a secure, affordable storage space with heartwarming service in Nepean, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Delaine—she is amazing!
