The delivery was seamless… my family and I were very happy with the service. The gentleman were very pleasant and friendly.

The whole thing was honestly super smooth — quick, easy, and no stress at all. Big shoutout to Frank. First time meeting him, and right away you could tell he’s a good person. Great energy, really friendly, and just made the whole process better. He did an amazing job and represented Brinks the right way. It says a lot about a company when the people working for them are this good. I can’t lie, seeing my brother get his new setup had me a little jealous 😂 happy for him though. Meanwhile, somehow I’m still surviving with my old bed and sleeping like I’m camping indoors. Either way, amazing service from start to finish. Appreciate you guys, especially Frank. 10/10 — would definitely recommend Brinks.

- REReal EstateJun 25, 20261.0I called the Brick to get info on my pick up. A woman with an African accent picked up the phone. I asked what company I have reached and she refused to let me know where I called. She started arguing with me that I should know where I called. I asked to speak to someone else and she continued arguing. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I tried calling back and no answer. I now have to waste more time, energy and effort to call the store so they can get me the correct phone number. After spending thousands of dollars people do not deserve to be treated with such rude and untrained people with zero customer service answering their phones. Kennedy rd location DC, you need to send the individual for training.
