It made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable! Finding a place with such wonderful people makes a big difference. I'll definitely be back for future purchases. I had a terrible experience with ordering from GE directly and was told with 2 days notice I needed a stacking kit before they install my new appliances. After calling 20 plus stores for this kit, I called the brick and they went above and beyond, helped me locate the part and helped me arrange pick up at one of their warehouses. The sales agent was extremely helpful and the warehouse employees helped me very quickly and were extremely nice and understanding. Wish I had done my entire appliance order with the brick. I will definitely be choosing them in future.

The sales associate at the store mentioned they are unable to ship to store and I must pick up from the distribution center (unsure if this is true?). At the distribution center pick up was quick and easy. The lady at the intercom greeted me promptly abd directed me which bay to pull up to. The two workers at the bay acknowledged my arrival and let me know itd be a few minute wait to get my item. After a few min wait they checked my info and slid the item into my truck. No involvment from me required. Overall a quick and seamless experience. Would recommend, and do the same if future experiences are like this. -K
