We recently purchased furniture along with a washer and dryer for our new home. My husband wanted to buy the same washer dryer from costco . The salesman Manny convinced him to buy from them. I asked him multiple times that its a closet space will they fit and will they provide installation. He said yes despite asking him multiple times. We got sectional from him 1 month ago and we wanted delivery in may and recently purchased another mattress . Again asked him multiple times when the delivery will be and we requested everything together. He said everything will come by sunday may 10. Cut to we receive the washer and dryer on 7 may. Luckily we were at our new place for some fittings and we received it we were not expecting that and they didnt do the installation as they said it requires professional installation. This pathetic guy Manny stopped picking calls since morning he was saying I will call you in half an hour and never called and stopped picking calls then I called him from my other number. Still he said I will ask my manager and call you but never did. Again me and my husband went to store after our work and this guy didnt ask anyone and was sitting there chilling. He saw us and went to the manager and said manager saying they will cover half the installation and half we have to pay. After arguing they said ok we will cover it. We went at our new house today expecting all the furniture and we only received 4 pieces of sofa 2 are missing and bed but no mattress. Again my husband went there today and spoke to the manager and she said that those pieces are coming on june 4th and mattress next week. So that Mr Manny wanted to sell to get their commission by just giving false information all along. I would suggest if you are going there dont buy it from him and Stop begging for reviews . After spending almost 10k if this is what we are getting I would rather go to costco which will provide cheaper and better service than them. He begged me for review so I did post good review but I am editing that review as he didnt deserve that.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
